And now my Skins are about to choke away a 20 point lead in 10 minutes...this really is turning out to be a brilliant weekend.

Bucs letting me down - I know the colts are undefeated with MH at qb...but, thought the Bucs would have too much for them.

Wrong.

That'll teach you to not follow my suggestions, oh stubborn one :P (watch the 49'ers prove me wrong as well now)

Ugh only just now saw the Hurns injury. That looked nasty but the news says it's only a concussion. What a brutal season this year.

Does a horse collar have to be around the collar?

The horse-collar tackle is an American footballmaneuver in which a defender tackles another player by grabbing the back collar and or the back-inside of an opponent's shoulder pads and pulling the ball carrier directly downward in order to pull his feet from underneath him.

Depends on your definition of "AROUND"

Rule 12, Section 2, Article 15

Horse-Collar Tackle. No player shall grab the inside collar of the back or the side of the shoulder pads or jersey pads or jersey, and pull the runner toward ground. This does not apply to a runner who is in the tackle box or to a quarterback who is in the pocket. Note: It is not necessary for a player to pull the runner completely to the ground in order for the act to be illegal. If his are buckled by the action, it is a foul, even if the runner is not pulled completely to the ground.

Penalty: For a Horse-Collar Tackle: Loss of 15 yards and an automatic first down.

The main danger comes from being pulled straigh down and your legs being caught awkwardly beneath you

Explains it, cheers.

Not even close to a horse collar in our game then.

Also, Mike Tomlin looks fat, and is making weird decisions.

And an excellent response from the Steelers. Made that look so easy.

Brave to go for 2!

Just seen the Odell Beckham Jr catch - wow!!!

Jimmy Graham!

Steelers are really shooting themselves in the foot today.

Sherman finally has a pick! Blind throw from Ben.

SS presenter: "Antonio Bryant"

Jimmy Graham broken, we're fecked.

On the replay it showed the receiver actually tripped up to be fair to Ben.

Yeah just saw that & actually should've been a flag.

Thought the unnecessary roughness flag was harsh.

Hope Graham is ok. Looks a bad one.

Your interpretation of both of these incidents is really puzzling to me.

Well on the first one Sherman clearly pushes him past 5 yard mark, which should be a holding penalty.

And the second one, whilst Wilson is heading out of bounds, the contact was in-bounds. Harsh decision.

The unnecessary roughness call might have started in bounds but he was still pushing as they crossed the line and in fairness with him already running OOB it was the very definition of unnecessary.

Edit: plus he sent about 4 people on the sideline flying like skittles.

Hands up doesn't equal push, would have been ridiculously tickytacky and the contact begins in bounds and then seen through a mile out of bounds.

Anyway, we don't run the fade route all year with 8 foot Graham, then do it with our newly promoted rookie?

Might have been asked in a previous page, but how come Redzone is again on a separate channel today but its not always like this?!

Edit: wow, Steelers TD

I think it probably boils down to what else Sky have to show. I wish they'd pull their fingers out and make red button options HD, there's really no excuse for it in this day and age.

Ahh that makes sense, but agreed, it should always be HD. Such glory it provides.
