I don't get the thought process in leaving people on the bench at the end there for N.E?

10 points behind, 2 minutes left, no time outs. I assume it was to protect them. It's more important having say Brady and Gronk fit and potentially going to Mile High then having the game at Foxborough without either.

Probably to avoid any stupid injuries. Game was done with anyway.

Hopefully Denver don't get the 1.

I've accepted that this probably won't be our year. The injuries have been atrocious and to have a chance not only do we need them back, but we need them to come back in top form. 2 weeks rest though, you never know.

Agreed. If they do come back, they have to be close to top form. Otherwise it will be like Gronk in the SB v Giants where he was just a person on the field & not able to make any significant contribution.

Seems unusually defeatist albeit pragmatic. A lot can happen in 2 mins of play but yea your offence was pretty trash all day.

Fully expect a lot of the injured Patriot players to become healthy in time for the playoffs and everything to start clicking again for them, because hey, they're the Patriots.

Would Denver bring Manning in if Brock's struggling? Would be a big call to make, especially if Peyton struggles himself.

I'm more hoping we'll build up a massive lead and give Peyton some minutes in the 4th. That's highly optimistic though.

Fearing a total beating by AZ. Wish us luck.

Sounds like a a Seattle home game though!

Will probably happen, Chargers are already dreaming of playing in LA.

I would recommend not watching the Jorvorskie Lane injury.
I obviously had to watch it after I read that. I don't understand how his leg gets broken so severely, from seemingly not that much force.

Does anyone actually want the AFC home-court advantage?
