Unfair that the Steelers cannot get possession
Tebow threw for 3:16 yards.
It's long been a stupid rule, however, I could have sworn they changed the rules for postseason games in the last CBA. Even the commentator mentioned this would be the first non-sudden death in playoff history. I'm truly confused.
watched most of the game but heard the last of regulation, and the 11 second ot, in the car. love it. love seeing the national pundits squirm in their chairs. i'm not religious...AT ALL...but i have a soft spot for den (born in colorado) and the picked-on underdog. i think it's ne next for them but i think that's where the journey ends den.
Each team will get the ball at least once unless a TD is scored OR the defending team scores. Its a bit of a half arsed attempt to right the wrong of one series wins by a FG in the sudden death OTs. What did we end up with, a one play sudden death.
That's akin to the road team hitting a homerun in the top half of the 10th and the home team doesn't get a chance. Hamilton would have won the the WS in Game 6 if MLB had NFL rules. It's ridiculous.
i liked it the way it was but this isn't so bad. it just took away the first possession field goal type win. i happened to like the golden goal rule too.
Some of Tebows passing was shocking but he pulls the big plays out of the bag when it matters.
The college OTs are better.
Will many here be watching LSU vs Alabama tonight?
Really fancy the tigers to come out on top again, I like Jefferson as a QB and they effectively have home advantage which is huge.
I can't wait for the weekend, but I don't see any hope for my beloved Giants
Don't know - the Packers seem to give up a lot of points...
I'm praying for my Niners to do a defensive number on the Saints...although think we will need to play mistake-free football to pick up a W.
Although this article does raise my hopes!!
