I guess the inconsistency is the price to pay for having such a young defense. The offense really needs to step it up. They have carried on from the 4th qtr of the Colts game.
 
Pats get a TD and the Lions respond. Pats defence is a bit of a concern at the moment, 24-17

alphonlolso Smith...there is a reason the Broncos no longer wanted him. He makes a few plays, but fundamentally he is a terrible player.

Brady is a beast, 4TD's and threatening to get another. Pats offense has been impressive since Moss left, still don't think we're good enough to win the Superbowl, but this season has been successful so far when you consider the number of players on IR and those who are rookie/2nd year.
 
TD Patriots. Game over, fun whilst it lasted. 21 points in the 4th quarter is impressive after the short rest from the Colts game.

Brady had a perfect passer rating, second time in his career he's achieved that.

Two pretty good games so far, time for the Bengals to step up.

The Lions defensive line was impressive and ferocious to start with but seemed to tire, 12 took a beating.

With continued hard work and improvements in technique, McCourty has a chance to be a real good one.

He’s a real solid tackler too; I would say the most complete skill set in NE since Ty.

Ummm... that was Jenkins that made the play to strip the ball. Not Roy's fault though I'm sure he's pissed about it and taking the blame. Simply a great play by Jenkins. But the Cowboys defense must be held accountable for letting the Saints march down the field and take the lead.
 
yup pure bad luck for Williams...in hindsight he could have done this or that, but in real time, not much wrong if anything wrong with what he did. The ball looked pretty secure, he was doing a Leon Lott...hehe.

KS...Palmer is finished. A real shame, the Bengals got to the playoffs...he throws a TD, or was it a long completion, but gets injured on that very play(1st offensive down, I think). That's it...since then, one long downward spiral.

I actually can't make any sense of it.
 
Packers have a tough one tomorrow with the undefeated, at home, atlanta falcons. a win here can go a long way to building their confidence even more for an upcoming road trip to new england. eagles should kick the bears' asses. Packers could find themselves on top of the nfc north this time tomorow.
