So player suspensions have been overturned in the Bounty scandal.

I'm confused now - does this ruling mean players have always been innocent even though there was something about a player (Vilma?) offering $10,000 if someone knocked Favre out?

It seems to mean the blame and fault is being placed on the coaches and organization that offered the bounties. Gregg Williams will probably find it very difficult to get another coaching job in the NFL for a while, or in college football even.

Vilma is still claiming he never offerred a bounty.

Harsh to put it all on the coaches and the team. The players have to take some responsibility for their actions.

It means they put the ridiuclous amount of money they get paid towards good lawyers and created a shred of doubt.

I still hope someone takes out Jonathan Vilma's knees.

The NFL is going mental with this 14 or 16 team playoff crap and all this talk of London expansion club. Soon enough the league will have a handful of 6-10 playoff teams.

Just watched The Brady 6, he's not done too bad for himself in the end that Brady chap

Atlanta with a massive win against the champs. Elite Manning and his Giants could be in big trouble with Washington winning; a Dallas win will really open that division up. Skins having a superb season.

Peyton and Denver keep winning. cnuts. Houston's win probably means they've locked up the #1 seed.

Chicago are overrated, but for their D and the turnovers their record would be even worse than it is now. Vikings could take the wildcard from the Bears.

How bout them Cowboys?!

The NFC East is wide open right now, 3 sides at 8-6.

feck that throw. fecking incompetent steelers.

I think I have developed an affinity to the redskins. Sucks.

Very impressive opening drive from the Niners. Moss will have enjoyed that TD. Bastards.

They are already getting a lot of pressure on Brady. Could be a long night for the Pats offense...

Well this is entertaining.

Brady picked, makes a big tackle to stop the TD. Niners on second an goal then fumble themselves. Pats then go 3&out. Pats offense has not started at all yet.

Niners D playing very well. But as well as they're playing it's only 7-3, you'd think at some point the Pats offense will get it going.

I guess you have to take the conditions into consideration but so far the Patriots have fumbled twice and been intercepted while the 49ers have fumbled once and Kaepernick has put three (?) snaps on the ground. I thought it would be better than this, although the Patriots should count themselves lucky they are still in it.

Another 3 and out. I can't wait for us to have Gronk back.

He touched it! I might be biased :wenger:

Edit: I'm confused and the referee is confused.

I don't see how they can say he touched it.

I think the penalty call for illegal touching was harsh. It's hard to tell real time if he touched it or not, they had no option but to touch the ball.

The referees are confused, this is taking far too long.

A half full of mistakes.

Pats have not got going at all, we're lucky to be only 14 points down. Hopefully they'll get it going in the second half but the Niners D is playing very well. If they didn't make so many mistakes, this game could've been over by now.

Kaepernick has been impressive.

Another pick. Another Niners TD. feck this.

And we are tied. Brady and the Pats have awoken. Come on Pats!

Oh feck off. Niners back ahead.

At least I'm getting fantasy points.
