Bears keep winning. Not many talking about them but they look very good so far.
 
It isn't being talked much but the Peyton-Indy-Luck story has been pretty good. A veteran QB - one the best ever - revered by fanbase, not given a contract coming out of injury in favor of a rookie QB - the most sure thing out of college football for a long time. Both of them having their teams at 5-3. Hopefully, they both make the plays-offs and are pitted against each other.

I haven't seen the Denver play this season, are they serious contenders? I know anyone is with Peyton, but still...

The Broncos will make a run in the playoffs but in my opinion I think they are not contenders to even reach the superbowl, let alone win it.
 
Sean Payton's contract situation could be an interesting story at the end of this season.

ESPN saying the league never approved his contract extension so he is a free-agent in 2013, with Dallas a possible destination. I think he would be an uber-cnut if he left the Saints after his suspension.

Normally I would agree but there is no clear favorite in the AFC and it's likely there will be a clusterfeck of 10-6/9-7 teams in the playoffs. The NFC is clearly the class of the league so far.
 
The Eagles lose again. They are have awful this season and their offensive linemen are doing Vick any favors. A major change up is needed in Philly.

I watched the Colts - Jags game last night, I know Luck is a talented lad and is looking like the real deal, but is there any need to spend the entire game talking him up? I can't remember the last time I heard anything like it, it was basically the Andrew Luck appreciation show.
 
The snow has melted, damn that would have been fun to watch.

Well with Pagano's deteriorating health and the Colt's winning record with a Rookie QB being favoured ahead of a future Hall of Famer QB, there is quite a potential storyline brewing there.

Like the sportsmedia did all of 2011 on Cam Newton or how the media and fanbois was jizzing themselves over Griffin the first four weeks this year?

Luck is clearly the real deal so there's going to be plenty of talk about him for months to come.

Bills have been a disaster in terms of penalties, they have given up 119 yards in penalties so far in the first half.

Atlanta are struggling against New Orleans, 28-17 down in the 3rd

apparently first time the Falcons have been 10 points or more behind any team this season so far, they still unbeaten before this game as well? (remember reading they were but that was a couple of weeks back)

first time I really been following NFL, but enjoying the game so far, it's pretty good.
 
Yes Atlanta are still undefeated but I think alot of their games have been against teams with losing records.

Cincinnati with another TD. Giants getting battered.

Ugh. Another bills TD, drive included a 4th down conversion.

Looks like this game will be determined by how many TDs Brady & co can get because D is not looking like stopping them.

ah okay, it's pretty close now in the 4th quarter, 24-28 so could still go either way
