May be we should do a voting for next draft ? After the monopoly draft I would like a more straightforward draft with no cards/surprise rounds etc, hopefully not much luck involved at all. So either the 4-way or physio's no-mate draft sound good to me.

Think managers is way too weak. Even with 2x. Maybe have a rest of the world pool (Apart from the countries already chosen I mean)
You may have overlaps. For example 2 people may choose the same decade, which make it more dicier.
I don't mind hiking it up to 3 managers too, though feel that'd be a bit too much.
Maybe Pick Top 2 manager pools and open it up as common which you get in addition to your own chosen 2 managers.

Yeah indeed, but the biggest pool definitely is the decade as it stands - it will overlap 3 generation of players, even with multiple managers choosing the same decade.
The way I see it you have decades pool - you choose the 80's and that's players who are ending their careers in the early 80's, at the peak of their powers in the mid 80's and all the young ones emerging in the later part of the decade.
Whilst if someone chooses a manager if we take 2 of them (possible overlaps as well) your looking at around 200 players pool at best (including fringe players) for a good 10-15 years career at top level per manager.
thats the point isnt it? You pick someone that screws as many others as possible.....maybe keep it as it is and help the manager group in other ways(give them first pick or picks or let them choose a position in the draft order or something like that).
Dont like the two manager idea, somehow it ruins the spirit of the draft IMO

The point is - the league managers would have access to many club's pools, which will give them an unfair advantage over the club managers.
Imagine - you only have United pool and your opponent can pick literally anyone who you can, plus any player from Aesenal/Liverpool etc squad
With the decades criteria will only the peak from that decade count?

Yeah indeed. Not to mention that league pool would immediately be the biggest one and also overlaps to a big extend with the country one.
