I thought we are not considering just 90s performances. In draft, we consider peak performance unless it is specified in start.

We were, but not in this one man. Had we been picking based on debuts, we could have taken the whole career, but this is basically based on the performances in the 90s.

There is no way Imran would have been left for so long ha it been the entire career.

I thought it was 90s only performance. Otherwise why would the criteria be that the player must have played thirty matches between Jan 1st 1990 - Dec 31st 1999?

you could say the same about aravanda da silva then. he retired in the early 90s. I thought it was done on career stats but they just had to play in the 90s

It's essentially not. But the difference is, not many outside from the ones playing are going to vote, so everyone knows what the rules are.

I think it was obvious that once we set the minimum number of rules in the 90s, only those performances would be taken into consideration.
