I like that their rationale for the large covered spaces was literally "it rains a lot in Manchester".

I love it. It's unique.

You can't please everyone, so there's no point trying.

We are unique and our new home will definitely be something unique. I like that. Obviously can’t please everyone, but in the end, I believe everyone will love it.

I genuinely did wonder if it might be some long term plan of Ineos to sell to Saudi, Qatar etc. after Sir Jim's throwaway comment in the G Nev interview
Probably a plan to get more investment whether that's partial ownership or stadium rights.

It’s certainly unique! Not quite sure what to make of it all but can’t deny it’s all very exciting.

I've always liked Bayern's old stadium's (Olympiastadion) exterior design with that umbrella. Now we've got better. I love it personally.

It's a bit like the kits. Everyone will always find something about to moan but it'll look quite good in the end.

The trident looks really cool.

The CGI player wearing the number seven shirt doesn't look like Mason Mount, but I guess he's unlikely to be here in five years anyway.

Looks great, I was worried that they would go for same old European stadiums of modern era which all look the same. This one is unique, stands out.

As always, it is impossible to please everyone. So many of our fans are stuck in the past, they hate change. But, it is the right call. Enough of nostalgia, let's move forward with the times.

Looks fantastic!
Exciting, big balls move, securing the longevity of our club for many years into the future.

Doing things that other clubs could only dream about, finally.

The masts are so they can swing their d*cks and say it' the biggest building in Manchester. Pointless.

Love that it's over 100k so we can get actual attendances of £100k but why £104K? The new Nou Camp will be 105k, just add a couple of thousand extra seats! That's probably two rows more

It's an interesting concept stadium. I'm not overly sold on it just yet, but looking through Sam Luckhurst's X account and the images he's taken from the press conference of the model and stats, it could be fascinating once it's complete. The most interesting thing in his images is that within the stats and figures is they have called the stadium 'New Trafford'

Why is it 104,000 for gross capacity and 100,000 capacity?

What's the difference?
What will be the actual match day attendance?

It will be interesting to follow this in regards to the finances. Planning a huge squad rebuild at the same time as financing a 100k seater stadium...hmm.

So when does the work all kick off? Will it be ready for the 30/31 season? I’d a bit dubious about the 5 year timeframe.

Looks incredible and unique. Like it could be the best stadium in the world. Fitting for United.
