Yeah but Nanderson's waiver number was 9 and DE's was 10. So why didn't Nanderson get him? I was going to drop Butler for Allen but I don't know why I decided against it. Allen is one of my favorite players and I wanted him on my team.

.Nanderson took Spencer Hawes a few moves before Allen was taken, moving himself to 10 at the time, and behind DE when Allen was up, as DE didn't make a selection inbetween. I think you're looking at the numbers they have after Allen was taken, which moved DE to 10.
I kind of wish I took Batum, he has great number this month, but I have no idea about his game, haven't seen him play once, and his january numbers weren't great.

I decided to give Mo Williams more time, he had a bad week last week, and I'm yet to see J.R. Smith's numbers.

I thought someone said that first and second place get a bye and everyone makes the playoffs? Surely it's not a 6 team playoff.
I made it a 6 team playoff. Thats the point of playoffs. You eliminate the teams who don't make the cut.
It is. 6 teams qualify. 2 of them get a pass, and the other four face each other (3rd against 6th and 4th against 5th). The winner of the first match-up meet the 2nd, and the winner of the second match-up meet the 1st. The winner in those match-ups meet in the final.

Well that's just weird, i don't know if i've ever heard of a tournament with less than 8 teams.
It doesn't really matter, of course, just that 8 would have been easier. Though perhaps that seemed too generous considering we only have 10 teams.

If we had 12 teams, I would have had 8 playoffs spot.
To be honest I think it's perfect in our situation, as only 6 teams seem to be in contention now.
It will be fun, because I think all 6 teams have a chance (the ranking is a bit deceiving).. Although RCDC07 and you are the favorites in my opinion.

Eh, in a way. I had completely abandoned points and assists as categories, so when I picked him up I had to change a lot of things around, but it meant Nash was useful again. I went from having the best turnover numbers to the worst, but with Illyasova, Mo Williams and Pekovic I'm now the best scoring team from the worst as well.
I think I would have won the playoffs with the team I had before, my average stats were better than everyone's in at least 5 categories, but it seemed more fun to try to win it by changing the team half around, when the opportunity of Lin arose.

I noticed we're no longer able to make trades. Is there a time when we won't be able to add and drop players at all? Like, say, in our playoffs?
I'm not really sure, but I think not. I've read the settings of our league and nothing was mentioned about that. Only a deadline for trading players..
Right-o, I'm just waiting to see if Brook Lopez will be ready for the playoffs, don't want to get stuck with him if he doesn't try to come back this season.
By the way, just noticed RDCR07 is banned (per request) till March 22th, so probably you will get a definite answer from him on Thursday, or Friday..

Wow my team sucks. From 2nd to 5th in two weeks.
Yeah there was a trade deadline but you can drop and pick up players whenever you want. That won't change.

FYI, this is the last week of the regular season, playoffs will be during weeks 22, 23 and 24.

Too bad I've had so many injuries the last few weeks, I might have made it a closer match. There's no way I can win this week either, you have more games than me and I have two guys who won't play this week and another that might not.

Lin, Pekovic, Jason Thomspon and Illyasova are all injured. If they don't come around by next week I have to drop them for the playoffs! It would probably kill me dead, I can't get that many top quality replacements at this point.

I always find it hard to beat Nanderson and then I got Danny to play against. Great!
He's got some amazing bigs, beating him in rebounds and blocks is nearly impossible.
I have a bad feeling I'm going to have to drop Dwight Howard next week when he's not back.
I'm taking the punt of the season on the unheralded backup point guard who is starting in Kyrie Irving's place now that he's shut down, undrafted 23 year old Donald Sloan from Texas A&M. Just in case he can get me some assists, they're very hard to come by these days. You can find a player whose scoring 20 points in some games but no one getting 10 assists at all, much less with any regularity.

They said Lowry would be back by now, so I didn't pick up Dragic since I thought he'd be back to the bench. And for some stupid reason I didn't pick up Sessions when he went to the Lakers either. Madness.
Hell of a match last week, AC, 3 steals between us decided things. Impressed you beat me in fg% and blocks, that's not happened many times.

Sessions did get picked up and dropped a few times before the trade. I may be misremembering, I thought I passed him up because I wanted to focus on other stat categories.
I've been switching out half my team every week, it's pretty funny really. Quite a juggling act, but fun to guess who will be the next hot player.
