Let's see if you're still saying that after you watch him miss 5 lay ups in one game.

agreed

but we got rid of Mark Bryant and Art Long who are shite

and in comes Kenny Thomas,niiiiice

we still have one more spot left on the roster aswell

I like the deal from Houston's point of view. We need a perimeter defender. Posey fits the bill, and we got rid of one of our 3 power forwards at the same time. Thomas wouldn't have got a new deal at the end of the season anyway. Will Philly resign him?

Denver continue to blaze a trail in the Lebron James tankathon. Outstanding effort by them.

Not sure how old he is, but that seems about right for a senior in High School. They reckon he'd have been the #1 pick if he'd have come out for the draft last year. But I'm happy with Yao Ming.

They even showed one of his HS games on pay per view in the US. He put up about 30 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and everyone said he looked the genuine article.

With regards to the Lakers, there was an article on ESPN a week ago that said they woulod need to win 62% of their remaining games to get to 44 wins, which is what Utah got last year to be the #8 seed in the West. Since then they have lost 2 games. It could be a tall order for them to get to the playoffs this year.

Looking at it purely on paper, then I think he should be sacked. If you can't get a team with two of the best 5 players in the league on your team to the playoffs, then you don't deserve to coach them.

But I think it really depends on Shaq, and if he can ever get anywhere near to full fitness again. If he can't, then I don't think Phil will stick around for very long.

Don't tell me you weren't worried Ruddy my man.

We had that game in the ag ubtil Rick Fox dropped the ball while on his way to an easy lay up.

Close run thing, and not the blowout you mouthed off about... ;)

feck off mate, I bet your heart was in your mouth.

We should have made that bucket and tha would have been it, there wouldn't have been enough time IMO for you to get a decent shot off.

Kobe was player of the game, Iverson was good, but Kobe brought us back...

I get the feeling we won't make it and Phil Jackson will be gone.

Rumours are the Lakers are ready to make a trade soon...

Feck knows.

Would love a creative point guard who can put up some decent numbers to compliment Shaq and Kobe, or a forward with a bit of power and scoring potential, not big names as such, just someone to take the load off Shaq and Kobe a bit to draw the attention away from them.

I wish they had kept Rice, a shooter would be perfect too...

hands off AI

but i agree you need someone like that to take off the load

but who would want to join a sinking ship

what was it like when rooney hit the bar?

No I know.

Fisher isn't worth much, and Horry just doesn't seem to do it.

I don't ave a clue who we could get.

If I could taek one player I would have Barron Davis, thats not gonna happen though...
