NBA 2020-2021

Thats piss poor from Portland, they shouldnt lose this series vs this Denver team. Letting MPJ nuke 1st qtr, when he is so easy to shut down, with his handling, you go a bit physical and apply some pressure and he is not able to shake shit off. Compare Denver starting 5 from buble to this, i mean, people say Jokic makes players around him better but without Murray they shouldnt pass Portland imo.

Yep no excuse and like @adexkola says Stotts should be out after this. This was the year to go deep in the playoffs with Dame in great form, Denver without Murray, now Lakers without AD probably going out in the first round and we go out like that.

Suns got it if AD is done for the game.

Insane stuff from Booker - this is done

8 of 9 FGs and all 6 of 6 3 pointers made

Schroder really thinks he can get a max contract? Lakers should consider him not signing that 80mil deal a positive.

Pretty hard with those guards, changes have to be made. You cant have 2 miniature guards in the backcourt.

Well CJ went from being a great asset to trade to basically untraceable with his current contract so that will be tough. I actually like Powell though and would like us to keep him.

Kinda confused with James, team game and all but why you would torrment yourself by passing to muppets and watch them throwing bricks.

Poor Lakers, this is embarrassing. AD is great and all but the Suns have practically played the whole series with a CP1.5 ffs. You have to do better than this.

Suns are totally packing the paint and lakers shooters are afraid of shooting. He should still be more aggressive, throw bricks in the paints, anything would be better than this.

They are actually going to lose this by 50 aren’t they?

Incredible how this series went from Lakers owning it after Game 3 to this.

Yea exactly, more aggressive, rather him having 60 attempts and have a go.

Booker might break Dames record without double overtime at this rate. 7 threes already

With CP crippled, and Payne having a mare the Lakers have a chance if they put something together offensively. It would just require slowing Booker down. He's almost beating them by himself.

Did Kuzma even get involved in the 2nd quarter? Am I the only one who thought that he barely saw the ball?

He was always the least impressive one to me out of Lonzo, Ingram and Randle. Hell Clarkson might be playing better than him.

The lead is down to 13, and Phoenix have to continue executing. Booker with a staggering 43 after 3 quarters.

All those threes in the first quarter killed us. Oh well , we'll be back next year with the extra rest good for Bron and AD

Chris Paul is a shell of himself. So does LeBron, to be honest. Some horrific execution by both down the stretch here.

Approaching 3 minutes and Booker - who has been constantly doubled in the 4th quarter - increases his points total to 45 and stretches the Sun's lead to 13.

Seems to be just a little too late for the Lakers, this 4th quarter run. They couldn't just turn it on like people thought they could, then Street Clothes Davis (per Shaq) gets injured.

Deserved for the Suns.

Jae crowder and Booker carried the suns . Can't see this team winning it all.

Brooklyns title to lose now.

Barkley*
He didn't reinjure it, from what's been reported. It's just that his mobility was incumbered beyond what they thought it would be and decided the right decision was to pull him out.

Not what people expected of the defending champions, and LeBron wasn't nearly as effective as he would have had to be for the Lakers to be competitive without AD. On the other hand, the much younger Devin Booker elevated his play with Chris Paul being hobbled.

Father time always wins, and I wonder what version of LeBron we'll see by the next playoffs. He would be 37 and I'd imagine that he might be a slightly lesser version of current LeBron when we see him next.
