Agreed, it truly is awful.

Although, the TNT commentary team are quite funny.

Evans' dunk was decent.

That was better.

The final had some good dunks but without a star name it lacks that little something.

Chuck & Shaq are brilliant on commentary. They should do the all-star game tomorrow.

Edit: classy from CP3.

I've seen better dunks in the ASG so far than in the whole of the dunk contest.

Why doesn't Bron-Bron just enter the dunk contest?

Bosh  2 air balls already. Sit down you dick.

Watching CP3 makes me sad :(.

feck you Stern. feck you Gilbert. cnuts.:mad:

Why is she singing about New York in Houston?

My God, all these half-time shows are terrible.

Next time, they should just have Shaq and Chuck do stand up. That was dreadfully boring.

Kobe with a subtle reminder to Bron Bron in that 4th quarter, Bron was heated!

Kobe just ran all over Lebron.. Blocked him twice. He just has that killer edge that Lebron (for me) doesn't.

... in an all star game.

1. check your PMs.

2. LeBron is a better player IMO. I just think he lacks the killer instinct that some of the other greats have. Maybe I'm missing something. I dunno. Best player around. Sure. Would I want him in a 1-1 high stakes game. Maybe not. Everything from his decision to form the big 3, to his performance against the Mavs showed it. Hopefully he turned a corner after the lat finals - I guess we will see this year.

The point you said - in an all star game - is exactly the point I'm trying to make. The best players want to dominate and win those too. That's what sets them apart.

Kobe was just being childish there. It's the all star game, not the NBA finals.

 Nice excuse there just because your boy got shot down. Everyone plays hard in the last 5 minutes of the All Star game. The East lost the game last year because of LeBron James too.

You call it childish, but most of the players would call it as being competitive. It's what separates the good players in the league from the great ones. As good as LeBron is, can you imagine how much better he could be if he had Kobe's attitude? I reckon he could average a triple double for the season if he had it.

Just saw the highlights. Kobe blocking Bron twice :D, brilliant. The second one when he kept up with LBJ was too good. Kobe > Lebron

Well done Kobe.

The All-Star game goes into competitive mode in the 4th quarter and Kobe did what most players would do in that situation - he played to win. I guess bron bron is still human.

Glad CP3 won MVP, he was superb.

LeBron doesn't lack anything. Kobe got the better of him that's all there is to it. Would have preferred a whole game of that duel but oh well.

Or may be Kobe just had the better of him in one quarter?

It's true Kobe is super competitive, doesn't take no for an answer. Just ask that bird in Colorado

RIP Jerry.

Just when you thought the Lakers season couldn't get any worse, now Jimmy Buss has complete and total control of them without Jerry to watch over him.
