The balance is a bit off. With the current squad you probably want Gomes (or even Jones) in for one of the attacking players and possibly Walker in for Trent, or Guehi in at CB and Colwill at LB. Both full backs are playing quite high.
I have no idea if this Ten Hag wannabe on your bench is any good but at least he’s picking the right players.

He is a good keeper but he consistently overestimates his ability on the ball.
Carsley is cramming all the creative players in to appear progressive, but there's no balance in the team, and it's leaving us vulnerable to being picked off far too easily
The defensive burden on Stones, Colwill and Rice is too much. I'm not going to judge Carsley too harshly on it as he's trying something new but think he will need to rethink things.
