Nations League 24/25 | November Internationals (Matchday 5-6)

Bulgaria with a solid win against Northern Ireland. Undefeated in 8 games now.
Our new coach is starting to build a stable team, hopefully we're finally on the right track

how hard is it for stewards to wear soft studs

Gilmour and McSauce will do superb for Napoli.

I wish we’d went in for Gilmour as an option to play in the pivot.

Just catching up on the weekends highlights.
That equalizer for Italy v France was some great football. The Italian passing leading to Dimarco’s excellent volley were great to watch.

That one below…just saw the post.

Modrić played like a kid yesterday who just started his NT career, ran all over the pitch, pressed, blocked shots, made sliding tackles, passed, shot, everything, like he's 10 years younger. Topped it all of with a brilliant goal from a freekick.
Deserved victory over Poland which should have been by a bigger margin, all in all very good game overall, changing formation to 3-5-2 really worked.

United should go for either Luka or Petar Sučić before someone else snap them, especially Petar since Luka is a known entity already.

Spain vs Denmark should be a cracking match in the next round.

Sorry to be naïve, how much do these matches matter? Thanks.
Depends on the squad. For teams below A a lot. For teams in A that are on the fringes of qualifying from qualifiers it matters a lot as well. It's an extra chance for teams to make it to the big tournaments.

This is how Georgia and North Macedonia made it to the Euros.

Ah, lovely. Ødegaard about to go off injured.

Following Norway is such a fecking pain.
