He might not be all that in France but there are no guarantees that Fekir can reach Depay heights in EPLWell, Depay isn't particularly good in France. Fékir is a far better player that's barely comparable.

Believe me.
He's much better.
Klopp defensive coaching will always be an issue too.Completely agree. Excellent starting 6. Just get a keeper and possibly another CB and they're in business.
Liverpool under Klopp.
Keita - £48m
Fabinho - £43m
Fekir - £48m
Mane - £32m
Van Dijk - £75m
Chamberlain - £40m
Salah - £34m
Wijnaldum - £25m
Robertson - £8m
Karius - £5m
Total - £358m
That's just the initial prices without counting some of the minor signings.
Jose in comparison:
Mkhi - £27m
Pogba - £89m
Bailly - £30m
Lindelof - £30m
Lukaku - £75m
Matic - £40m
Fred - £47m
Dalot - £19m
Total - £357m
Sure Klopp have been there for one more year, but then I didn't count Lallana and Firmino who joined in summer 2015 just three months before Klopp.
They have spent really well, but surely they must be expected to win or at least mount a serious title challenge next season?
Afterall, Jose was heavily criticized for failing to compete with City in just his second year?
Well, Depay isn't particularly good in France. Fékir is a far better player that's barely comparable.
Anyone think next season, that Liverpool will for the first time since I can remember have (potentially) man-for-man a better squad than United (not necessarily the first team)? This is not an exaggeration or 'meltdown' connotation used here.
I would doubt they will start all 3 together for certainly a few months, just look at Robertson and the Ox for example. They didn't start games initially, but after they got used to the klopp system - they came in and did well.Excellent signing. But i can't see how three new midfielders, arguably better than anything they have got will get integrated. They might drop some points in the beginning or one of them might be benched initially.
Under pressure by who exactly? The owners and fans alike are extremely happy with the way things are going.
Hey if you're happy with stretching into a 7th year without a trophy that's fine with me.
I'd just argue once a manager gets into his 4th season in charge and he's spending big money like Klopp now this there should be an expectation to actually win stuff.
In terms of building heights, depay was barely a bungalow in the Premier league. He might not be all that in France but there are no guarantees that Fekir can reach Depay heights in EPL
I'm not, but the meltdown in here is hilarious.
When did you lot turn into Spurs?Under pressure by who exactly? The owners and fans alike are extremely happy with the way things are going.

Watched him in the Europa league.
Very good player that will do well for them. Does seem to get injured a bit spending quite a while on the ground every time I watch them.
Liverpool's attack is one of the best in the league and this cements that.
@Yagami must be gutted.
You're right but, in that period, Fekir was out injured for a bit of it and was returning to full fitness for the rest. At their respective bests, I wouldn't rate Depay as highly as Fekir, but that's just my opinion. The second half of the season (last 3-4 months) Depay was much better, believe me, watched every match.
Depay dragged Lyon to the Champions League.
I think they sold Suarez that summer 2015, or was it the one before? Anyhow, by including that Summer you also have to include Utd's.
This - he has the lowest pressure high-profile job in football.Yeah.
Klopp can probably go another 5 years with no trophies at Pool.
His great brand of football and rapport with the media helps in that regard.
Klopp defensive coaching will always be an issue too.
I think people are overreacting. Liverpool can blow away anyone on their day, but there's a reason they don't consistently finish with a high points total under Klopp.
I think our attackers would do better in their system thoughLiverpool can only fluke so many forward signings. Torres, Suarez and Salah is enough high-grade fluke for the next 15-20 years at least so there’s nothing to worry about here...

When did you lot turn into Spurs?
There are a bunch of reasons, but 3 of them have already been replaced this summer (Wijnaldum by Fekir, Milner/Can by Keita and Henderson or Clyne/Alexander-Arnold by Fabinho).
If they can upgrade at keeper and find a decent CB they'll be comfortable favourites for 2nd.
Fekir gives them a quality backup for Firmino as a false 9 and a creative midfielder that's better than Lallana or Ox-Chamberlain, Keita should be their best overall midfielder in years and Fabinho is a rock solid DM who I'd take over Henderson in an instant or either of their right backs.
I think, comparing the 3rd and 4th sides this year, whereas Spurs find it tough to really improve because they haven't had major holes to fill, Liverpool are the complete opposite.
Exactly what they have not done. And 100% why they will not finish 2nd next season
It's June the 8th mate. Please be serious.
How much did Liverpool pay for their fullbacks (Robertson and Alexander-Arnold)??
£8 million for Robertson and Arnold is from our youth system. How much did Liverpool pay for their fullbacks (Robertson and Alexander-Arnold)??
Who do you think would currently make a combined eleven? No man for man they don't have a better squad than us. Would their starting XI be better than those we have on our bench yes obviously
You’re expecting a major keeper and CB signing to follow? Please be serious
