I agreed you had a better defence. And to be fair, towards the end of the season, you showed signs of a decent attacking game as well.
We'll see how it pans out next season. If you play the kind of football you played in some of the games, and still keep a strong defence, I would go along with the theory that you are better. Depending on how we play of course.

Top 3 teams? On performance last season, I would say Arsenal, United, Liverpool. If Liverpool had continually played like the side that went on a goal rampage towards the end of the season, I would put them second, or possibly top.
For sheer entertainment, I would say United, Arsenal, Newcastle.
