MOTD 2016/17

I'll put this here even though it's not 100% match of the day but closely linked as it's BBC Sport. Why the hell after every matchday does someone think it a good idea to do a facebook live thing with some pundit, presenter, random cnut, to tell us stuff instead of you know... just writing it on the page? It's absolute trash and god knows who it is supposed to be aimed at.

Also, in the latest one, it's to give us to MOTD running order... thats right, instead of a list, you have Gary Lineker on video telling us if we want to know the order, he is going to spoil all the results for us in the video anyway. He gives you the option of running away/turning it off, but then you'll never know the order.

BBC is proper fecking garbage these days.
Because with videos, you can put un-skippable ads at the beginning before showing the content. With text-based news, you can scroll past the ads.

MOTD running order: Liv/Swa, ManC/Tot, Sto/Man Utd, WBA/Sun, CP/Eve, Boro/WHU, Bou/Wat. Cracking show, great games, big stories. @BBCOne 10.30.

Poch is a very decent guy but how he can stand there and actually argue that it wasn't a penalty is beyond me.

Also wasn't a handball by Sane imo.

Love how he tries to explain it away with this being England, "yeah, yeah, but England, different here you know?"

Didnt show the clothes line on Rashford, clattenburg has the bbc in his pocket:wenger:

Maybe Shearer meant Rooney will play in the park or street for £50 a week, on top of what hes already getting for playing for United...

Also, Ruud Gullit, ffs, he cant even complete a sentence when trying to add his... "analysis". At least Shearer tries.

Howe  .The hype is real, his team conceding every season 300 goals (at least it feels like it). Domestic pundits and media see him as something special among managers, just shows the level of English coaches and managers

They really are desperate for some great British manager to appear, aren't they?

Fact is most of them couldn't even manage a chip shop.

Wee bit of a dick move by Barkley celebrating like that before he had even scored.

12th game they've conceded 3+ goals. Attacks a bit like a bang-average La Liga manager or somewhere exotic but hasn't got the faintest clue on how to defend.

I like Howe. I think he can be a pretty good manager. But he is incredibly naive. He doesn't seem to know when to reel it in a bit. Always wants to go all out attack.

So Everton fans are thanking us for selling Schneiderlin to them. He's actually good at this football malarkey, who knew?

Sunderland were quite fortunate.

I think the keeper is fouled before Koné scores from the rebound. Larsson should have seen red.

United would prefer a DM that can prevent Bournemouth from scoring 3 goals. He was out of his depth here, so it's no surprise that he will settle more at Everton as that's closer to his comfort zone. Indicates a weak mentality.

It's a clear as day foul on the keeper - how is it not a foul?!? Why aren't they mentioning it?! Bonkers! It's like MOTD are trying not to blame the referees this week..

Yeah I thought that would normally have been given- Wright had the striker's view on it I guess. The Sunderland player could have had a second yellow, maybe too.

Nice to laugh at Palace's 'best fans in the league' though. Leaving in their droves before half-time and one running onto the pitch to confront Delaney.

Then you get Merson`s rant about Marco Silva, typical attitude... "even i could win a title there" bullshit. Eddie Howe a John Stones among English managers, media see them as some kind of chosen ones, like they are one in million English managers/players. Some see him as Wenger`s replacement, he would fit right in.

I know that people hate him here, his football and i might talk nonsense but Pullis is JM for Howe.

Yep, defensively he is total shit. 3-0 up to Arsenal and he fecks it up
