That does seem like some evidence a deal is in the works. Nevermind, that second Tweet seems to indicate otherwise. Not sure this one's happening.

"other team are interested honest! So you better hurry up and give us a few more £££ to get this over with"
I remember Dortmund also saying no negotiations with United for Sancho.
Well it's tough to know whether we GENUINELY want him or not, or whether our name was being used for negotiations. What do you think will happen in the end
He fits our current transfer strategy perfectly. I think it'll happen, it's just being stirred up into a saga for sagas sake.
Have any reputable sources talked about this?

I think it'll be a case of them wanting some more money and just the genuine complexity of doing deals in this brave new brexit means brexit world. It'll get done.
The new club coach. Check the transfer tweets threadHave any reputable sources talked about this?
Why does he need so many representatives? If it’s right that there are a number of representatives involved with the player then that’s where the noise is coming from - that’s a lot of people with motive for a deal to be done.
I’m quite sure we’ve looked at him. Equally, I don’t think this is anywhere near as progressed as is being made out.
The ‘legal’ stuff has been mentioned a few times by journos etcI think as usual United are communicating with his agents or people in his camp and not directly with the club? I assume once everything is sorted, we'll put in the agreed bid acceptable to his club and seal the deal. Probably legal paperwork are still being sorted at the moment
No one knew we were signing Pellistri or Diallo until the day it happened. So we really can't just quietly complete a deal these days??? Even for an unknown (if highly talented) kid?! Must be a huge burden being Man United. What I'd give for a seamless, under the radar signing (without a VDS fortuitously positioned to help out).

Yeah there were some small, dubious links but no one would've actually predicted we'd sign them. Diallo had pretty much agreed his loan move to Parma but he then signed for us by the afternoon. Not entirely true, we'd been linked previously to both by a few sources, but no one really took too much interest.
Oh yeah that's true. Sigh...I think I'm just exhausted with transfer drama. It's only 2 months since the last one ended. Thankfully it looks like elite football will survive any impending lockdown. I can't stand any more extended windows. No one knew we were signing Pellistri or Diallo until the day it happened.
However the bureaucracy always slows things down. Diallo was negotiated months ago but the work permit was only finalised recently.Diallo and Pellistri were relatively straightforward.
Yeah, there were reports that a lot of people are trying to get a slice of the pie. This lines up. I still have confidence he'll come.
Yeah, he feels too much of an obvious position we need and we're in no rush to buy. He'll pick us over most teams, so I'm not concerned it's not happened immediately.Yeah hopefully we can get this done because looking at that game for Ecuador he is someone capable of breaking up play but also can distribute the ball to the attacking players well too
He is somebody and a real talent.
