Dang. It was between him and Mueller. Nearly picked him.
That's a specific case as he's had a very bad record against those three. Generally you'd want your biggest stars up front but he's a good enough replacement for a first few rounds. Although obviously he struggles a bit from recency and anti-Liverpool bias, as his peak was tremendous and he proved himself in very different set ups.

That seems unfair. The picking order should always be down to random chance IMO.
A simpler solution might be to have a leaderboard type system where the winners (and number of wins) are recorded. This seems ideal anyway since there is a separate section for drafts now.

How about reducing the pick time to 4 hrs max. There really is no reason not to send the pick by PM, unlike in the last draft
Nah you cant force someone to send picks, it's good that people do it but should not be enforced.

I'm in favor of reducing the pick time, instead of counting them. Please be pity to folk(s) on the other side of the time zone.
Not in favour of this, have something minor like the winner vote counting for double the next draft or taglines for multiple winners(decide a cut off point, 3/4/5).
Also, either picking time should be implemented or use four hours.

I do agree with the rewarding concept but picking position is too much of an incentive. Should be something smaller or something which doesn't affect the probability of einning a draft.
