Hadn’t thought we’d ever see a 106 win team be relegated to the play in game.
That and a team that’s 91-71 finishing 4th in their division.Hadn’t thought we’d ever see a 106 win team be relegated to the play in game.
That record would have nearly won two divisions this year. That and a team that’s 91-71 finishing 4th in their division.
I live in Maryland! I listen to KNBR through a VPN:it is worth the cost alone. That and 95.7 for warriors games. I absolutely love sports radio, there is a great romanticism to it. Listening to a game working out in my garage is one of my favourite things to do. My dad listened to KNBR back in the day so it’s a nice bond we have

This wasn’t as enjoyable or chaotic a final day as 2011, but it did have a bit of drama.
It was a bit different for me this day as I wasn’t experiencing a Boston implosion in Baltimore & watching two HRs against NY in the final two innings like 2011. It was an unmitigated joy to watch that utter twat Papelbon give up hit after hit to a historically bad Oriole team.for about 30 min when it was 0-0 in NY and 5-1 in DC it was high drama. Would have been better if the Mariners had not shit the bed
On a scale of 0 to 5 fecks given I think Papelbon definitely gives none of them because Papelbon. It was a bit different for me this day as I wasn’t experiencing a Boston implosion in Baltimore & watching two HRs against NY in the final two innings like 2011. I hope that jackass is still bitter about singlehandedly resigning the Red Sox to an early offseason.
One of the most punchable faces to have ever taken the bump.On a scale of 0 to 5 fecks given I think Papelbon definitely gives none of them because Papelbon.
It’s a closer thing as Rocker and Dodgers era Brian Wilson (who will never be forgiven) were equally punchable. Rod Beck is the exception as he is G(facial hair)OAT.One of the most punchable faces to have ever taken the bump.
Rocker & Wilson are good calls. Schilling was always a cnut so he is also in that book. It’s a closer thing as Rocker and Dodgers era Brian Wilson (who will never be forgiven) were equally punchable. Rod Beck is the exception as he is G(facial hair)OAT.

There was the SF Giants covidiot pitcher who also fit the bill, the one who wasn’t invited back to the recent celebration. Blanking on his name right now.
That’s the one. His deep seeded hatred of women obviously stems from being called one his whole life.If it’s who I think it is it was not a pitcher, it was Aubrey Huff. He was banned from Twitter. He is a Qanon, women hating piece of shit.
He has a few sons who he proudly posted about as he indoctrinated them into it. His ex wife probably couldn’t get away fast enough. That’s the one. His deep seeded hatred of women obviously stems from being called one his whole life.
Are the sons named after women like their father? He has a few sons who he proudly posted about as he indoctrinated them into it. His ex wife probably couldn’t get away fast enough.
A team with a very recent 17 game winning streak is never a good opponent in a one game playoff.Back to positive stuff, I have a feeling the Cards are going to get one over on the Dodgers.
Also, the Yankee/Sox game is guaranteed to last 17 hours.
Grew up in SoCal with massive Dodger loving parents, so of course I rebelled and became a Giants fan at age 8. Didn't move to WI till a few years ago but can't hate the Brewers unless we meet in the NLCS.
Love it. Started a thread on it a while back. Based on the lack of replies it appears the Caf is not so enamored with it.Ah that makes sense. I clearly saw the WI part of your name and thought... Wisconsin... Brewers... must be that.
Anyway, what are your thoughts on cheese?
Actually on topic though, which teams do people actually support?
1. Giants
2. Anyone playing the Dodgers
Would usually agree with 2 but it's harder now they've got T. Turner and Scherzer. They brought a lot of joy to us Nats fans (and let's face it, we haven't had much of that since the trade).

As a Manchester United & Warriors fan I feel like it’s an obligation for me to support Yankees & Dodgers
YankeesActually on topic though, which teams do people actually support?
Yankees
Cardinals
I hope both win and heads to divisional series.Cole needs to finish stronger. On other side its exiting content between Scherzer vs Wainwright.Bet you've got one of those half and half scarves...

Rays. Was a Braves fan for a long while due to TBS & the Braves being the only MLB team in the southeast until the mid to late 90s.Actually on topic though, which teams do people actually support?
Yankees at Fenway for a one game playoff is as good as it gets in baseball. 43 years ago they did the same thing and Red Sox fans still say Bucky f*^%#ng Dent after his home run in that classic.
Baseball is weird. Can be the most boring thing ever but playoff baseball is very tense. Too long yes. The Ken Burns thing was great though.what’s going to be longer, this game or Ken Burns entire baseball miniseries?

Watch for her on the 1st base side between the dug out and Pesky’s Pole.No. Please elaborate.
