By definition spam is mostly associated with emails, where the same message is sent to a very large number of people. Usually for commercial, scamming, purposes.
Now if it's to do with one liners, then the Chief should have been banned a long time ago. Further more there is utter spastics posting the dumbest of crap and they are still here. Worth a mention is ciders rant days against Drasdo which were the cause for possible libel action taken against the caf. He wasn't banned (permanently anyway as he might have been temped, I do not know, I just remember reading the vile shit he was sprouting).
I understand your rules and I agree with what you have said.
I am talking about MJLD's case particularly as I haven't seen anything from him which is against the forum rules as far as I know.
