Milk Cup 2014

This is my guess for the the yesterday match's starting XI based on the pics (can be wrong in some position):
1
Denham 2? - Garner 5 - 12 - Hockerhull 15
Smethurst 4 - Wych 6
J.Reid? 7 - Greenwood 10 - Haygarth 11
Ceesay 8

Number 13 and 9 were involved in the first half as well.14 and 16 seemingly were on for 2 and 7 during the second half.

Second match vs. North Dublin SL will kick off soon.

Anyone to look out for in that team?

Only watched them 1 time in a very scrappy match but number 10 and 11 seem to have biggest reputation.Number 5 played for our U15s in Marveld Cup last May.2,4,12 and 11 are playing one year up.

Just got back from the game. 4-0. Good passing and movement. The Number 11 kid, Haygarth was brilliant. Scored a good goal and his passing and touches were excellent. Looks a good player.

There is one more game in the evening against NI. Looking forward to it.

Are there normally highlights for these matches on the net?

Don't know if they will have but at this point of time, no.

Didn't see any video cameras around. Just a photographer. This is the first time U-13 are playing in milk cup.

For the other divisions (which starts on Monday), there will be highlights.

I see, makes sense. Not even sure they can show highlights for that age group anyway.

Normally they're up on the BBC, if anybody finds them, please can you post them here?

@jb8521 mentioned that he was the one to watch.

I was late by 5 mins.I guess the same team. Also, there were two injuries in the first 15 minutes.

Is it

1
2 - 5 -12 - 15
4 - 17
7 - 10 - 11
8

?

We don't really train the kids with tactic at these levels to let them express themselves so the inconsistency of result is not a surprise.

Correct, watched these as u12 against Liverpool, very individual and don't play as a team, but as the coaches say if you learn to play simple you will always play simple.

Few photos from the U13s final:

Interestingly Obi will wear the shirt no.8.Are we going to play him in midfield?

Looks like Rashford has grown some height.Taller than Henderson now.

Out of interest Khoazany how do you follow these games? Is there a twitter account or a live feed or something?

Players like Mitchell and Rashford are always going to run riot in games like this, against inferior opposition. Flair attackers, hungry, fearless.
