If Kaka comes, and Ronnie stays, I truly believe we could win the carling cup for atleast 9years in a row.

I don't think both would remain. It'd be either Ronnie or Kaka.

We won't get mugged by Real Madrid if Ronnie did leave. We've learnt our mistake from Beckham. This time they'll need to give us an actual boat load of money.

We wanted to sell Beckham. That's the difference.

I have a feeling this will be the longest thread on a player transfer.

Well....with kaka, rooney, tevez, ronaldo, anderson, scholes and carrick in the team, we'd have so much creativity we probably wont even need strikers....

Stick JOS up there and he'd probably get us 30 goals a season.

With rooney, tevez, anderson, Nani, scholes, Giggs and carrick + STRIKER (Benzema) .... we have more than enough anyway with our without Ronaldo!

With kaka, Benzema ,rooney, tevez, anderson, scholes, Giggs and carrick ...... with or without Ronaldo.

In SAF I trust, he will always do us proud.

As for Ronaldo, yeah, he's been great, but if he wants to leave, no big shakes.

If ronaldo's head has indeed been turned then in all honesty i'de rather us cash in on him and buy the likes of kaka & benzema. I believe these two additions would make us a far stronger team and one less reliant on one player.

--------------Benz
----Rooney-----------Kaka

Anderson----Carrick---Hargreaves

Evra-----Vidic------Rio-----Brown

--------------Foster

I feel the above team poses greater attacking threat and is more balanced than our current side plus is still young enough to develop and get better.

I would love for this to happen.

My Brazilian friend tells me that some south american papers are reporting this too.

As a United fan, this will ease the pain of losing Ronaldo.

Fingers crossed.

A story from 2007

On loan Manchester United forward Giuseppe Rossi has spoken of AC Milan’s superstar Kaka dreams to play for Manchester United after sharing a drink and steak dinner with the Brazilian superstar.

Now with Parma, Rossi said of his AC Milan counterpart: “Now he is among the three best players in the world.

The other two would be Ronaldinho and Thierry Henry. He worked hard to get there and he will soon leave to join another more important team than AC Milan.

“It will be difficult for a team like AC Milan to keep him.

“If Manchester really want him, they will sign him. He does not have much else to do in Milan. England, in addition, is a perfect league for him.”

i hope this doesn't back-fire and end up with chelski buying him

In the end, it's mainly down to the player, just like the Ronaldo with Madrid; Have to say I would have him over Messi, if Ronaldo left. Messi is the most talented player since Ronaldo of Brazil, but struggles with injuries even more than Ronaldo did at that point in his career

Cristiano Ronaldo to stay. Kaka to United?
June 7, 2008

It seems that the lads at EPL Blog are trying to pull a world class prank on all Manchester United fans, and it is certainly working. Today, they reported that Cristiano Ronaldo’s mum has reassured fans of her son’s willingness to continue his career at Manchester United.

“He is fine where he is.” She reportedly said to Portuguese television station TVI.

“Only God knows the future, but it is certain is that he will continue in Manchester.”

On top of this brilliant piece of news, EPL Blog further indulged Manchester United fans by saying that World Player of the Year, Kaka, will be ready to join Ferguson’s men should Cristiano Ronaldo join Real Madrid.

“Yes, how can anyone say no? They are European Champions. It will be a dream come true.” Was Kaka’s answer when asked whether he would like to join Manchester United.

Red Devil’s fans will hope that both pieces of news are based on some sort of truth. The club needs to keep all of its best players and bring in some reinforcements if they are to retain their titles as best in England and Europe.

So in actual fact, he signed and played for us last season?

A further twist in this lengthy, and true saga.

It's every bit as true as that Ronaldo is refusing to take SAF's calls

The only reason Ronnie is refusing to SAF's calls is because he is jealous of the attention that Kaka will get at Old Trafford. CR7 is old news, the future belongs to Jesus!

Leonardo: MILAN HAS ACCEPTED UNITED BID FOR KAKA.

Ronaldo dream move to Madrid seems to become a reality, with Milan's Kaka moving to United to replace the Portuguese wizard.

A source close to Leonardo, Milan chief scout, has confirm that Milan has accepted United bid for their Brazilian attacking midfielder.

"It's true that Milan has received a formal bid for Kaka and since the player himself wanted the move, they had accepted the bid."

Milan failure to qualify for the Champions League this season and previously average seasons in Serie A seems to sway the decision for Kaka, who already said that he'll welcome a new challenge in the future.

Kaka is expected to discuss his contract details with United next week.

Kaká's Great Aunt Puts A Halt On Proceedings?

James Robinson 11:56am 8/6/2008

It seems that the long and arduous transfer season has begun prematurely with the two top talents of the beautiful game caught up in an almighty mess.

Despite the only official word from the Cristiano Ronaldo camp coming from his mother stating that he is categorically staying, the press have speculated of a possible move to Real Madrid with mass hysteria being caused through a questionable quote claiming otherwise on the Brazilian website ‘Terra’. Now it seems that the current World Player of the Year has been wrangled up in his very own transfer tangle with reports surfacing from all corners.

The latest news has appeared from Brazil that the AC Milan playmaker’s great aunt has quelled the rumours of his imminent departure by strenuously denying any chance of Kaká’s departure from the Rossoneri. The great aunt has apparently guided Kaká’s footballing career and instilled a strong faith within the 26 year old, whose Protestant faith is well-renowned through his trademark celebration.

However, Kaka has reportedly disputed these claims: “My wish is to play at the very highest level of club and European football. At the moment, Milan are not a part of the Champions League - a trophy close to my heart and I feel I have given everything to this great club.” When asked about the possibility of a transfer to the reigning European Champions, Kaká seemed thrilled at the opportunity: “Manchester is a great club, one of the best in the world. The Premier League is the toughest at the moment and I wish to play there at some point in my career, I would certainly welcome the chance to play at Old Trafford. I loved playing there last season and the atmosphere was fantastic”.

Though Kaká cast a cloud of uncertainty over the existence of his great aunt when quizzed about the comments: “Who?” as a look of bemusement came over the elegant Brazilian's face.

This saga is likely to reach completion when Sir Alex Ferguson returns from his holiday in the South of France sometime in the next two weeks, it seems that United could be gaining a Brazilian superstar as well as retaining the Portuguese wonderkid for what could be yet another season to remember for the Rossobianchi.
