There's nothing fresh about a guy who has been repeating the same schtick for about 5 years now, is arrogant, and is clearly lazy at doing his job and improving himself. He was a shit player, and he's a shit pundit.

Real shame Onuoha doesn't get more airtime, he's excellent and genuinely refreshing, as he brings substance to what he says.

Yeah. Neville and Carragher were great probably a decade or so, when they first started, the analysis and banter was something new. But somewhere along the line they started taking themselves too seriously and also I think either their analysis skills didn’t adapt to the game as it evolved or maybe us as an audience became better at analysing and picking holes in many of the things they said.
