True. The fact that the Glazers haven't stood in the way of these changes suggests that they realise (or have been successfully persuaded by Arnold) that change would be to their advantage.The most relevant point of that article from our POV going forward is the contrast drawn between the micromanaging at United (where our deals were slowed by our principal negotiator having to constantly check back with the real decision makers and recruitment team) and the Chelsea negotiator being empowered to be more decisive and swift.
In which case when we replace Judge it can't just be a personnel change, it has to be a change in how we actually operate in negotiations.
