I mean like this:

Have them colour coded so they stand out a bit more. I'd have black as commentary, then colour code for "match events".

Yeah there is some issues with the live updates pagination. I'll get it sorted for the next match.

Think the ingame stats would be unlikely as a lot of work to do during the game unless they're taken from an external site. I've put a link to the FIFA.com match statistics in the OP of the thread

What would be nice is if you'd have the option of clicking the 'new posts' button from the Matchday tab. Right now you have to click 'forums' first before you see the new posts thingy.

The new posts link is now in the secondary nav for matches, along with Watched Forums and Watched Threads.

I've also added highlighted updates for opposition substitutions, yellow cards and red cards.

All in all the new matchday thread is looking great, may i suggest we open it for newbies like we did with the world cup forum, matchday threads are hardly a place for real discussions.
