Should've just brought him back last summer, all the furore would've died down by November.
What do you think the club should have done (generally or specifically, I'll leave that up to you, either will do)? What actions are you referring to?
What have they done wrong (that we know about)?
Look, kid (I hope you're a kid) - I'll be honest with you: your post is utter drivel. Do some thinking before posting.
(And don't post if you're drunk or high. That's never a good idea. Unless you're me. But you're not. I think.)
Why ? surely if there is stuff to apologise for he could just do it in person to the people that deserve the apology. Why would he need to make a spectacle of it?he would do well to apologize publicly for letting everyone close to him down.
Even if they were, he could still ambiguously apologize for what happened without alluding to any specifics, which is what i suspect may happen if the club decide to bring him back.
totally agree. i remember once winning £50 on a scratcher at the local shop and before i knew what i was doing i had my hand up the shirt of the cashier. he was not impressed.
"THE LOVE of money is the root of all evil." -The Apostle Paul. We've all been there, I'm sure.
My gran used to send me a check (yes, this was before...whatever is now) on my birthday. Every year. But one year she didn't, and I thought she had died without letting me know.
But then, it turned out - months later - that she wasn't dead and that she had, in fact, sent me a check (something to do with the post office, or maybe I just didn't search my mailbox properly, I can't quite remember).
Anyway, I suddenly had ten quid to spend. Which filled me with murderous rage, of course. So, I killed my neighbour (his name was...I forget, something foreign, he was from somewhere, possibly Hungary or Allerton).
To sum it up, money is the root of all evil.
(Well, most evil. There is also the evil that stems from drinking Australian lager. But then again, you could claim the two sort of go together, as you rarely drink Australian lager for free.)

Don’t be sillyShould've just brought him back last summer, all the furore would've died down by November.
So if we become rich and famous, many of us will batter our partners? Give your head a wobble to see if there’s anything there. Im sick of people saying absolute nonsense like that. Why would we sell him? He was really good that year, year before, from where does it come from selling one of our best player?
The club should be blamed, he was a kid, kiddo, giving him so much money and just leave him to flow with the river, it's sad, disaster of a move from the club, they should take lot of ambaress too, they should follow every step and be behind our kids. It's the duty of the club, and if he doesn't follow the rules then take step 2, step 3 or get a plan, we had nothing, we left the kid deal with that. No matter how much this fanbas on the forum want to "hang him" we should be cautious about it because a lot of you folks perhaps would do exactly the same with so much money, fame and everything that goes with it, so no, I won't blame him so much as everyone here, first the club should be ashamed then the kid, we judge too quickly, imagine what's he going through as a young man. To be clear I don't want to justify any of his actions but I will surely blame the club because of their actions. And one of the crazy things is how quickly lot of you lads jumped on his back and still we got full mouth of Mainoo, Garnacho telling how we like them. Yeah, double face fanbase.
Nah. Mark ain't got nothing on Luke and Jonah the BaptistYeah, but I LOVED my gran's checks, so the point still stands.
Who's this Paul, anyway? Some kind of apostle?
(Oh. Right. Still. Not one of the elite apostles, like Mark - or that other guy.)

Last game of the season stopped because of chants against him.
So much for the "it'll be forgotten about" crowd.
Apparently it was the opposite, asking him to stay
You think they’d stop a game because fans are chanting for a player to stay?
The original poster I replied to claimed that their last match of the season was stopped, the video I posted is from that match which was yesterday and at homeYou think they’d stop a game because fans are chanting for a player to stay?

No mental health issue is going to mitigate a violent rape unless it turns out he's got severe schizophrenia or something similar, which he obviously does not.Just saying, if really the club would like to bring Greenwood back there is a way around it in term of PR spin.
Mental health issues are valid arguments and can get a lot of sympathy. Case in point, many court cases use mental health issues as defence to get lower sentence or non-guilty verdict.
Don't shoot me!

We never know and you can't easily tell whether someone has mental issue or not.
He does not and it is shameful to even suggest using a very real health issue as cover for a violent sexual offender.
Easy to see why so many fans could swallow the fantasy roleplay scenario (though it had never ever been offered by anyone involved) when they are still creating fantasy scenarios around what diagnoses could help them achieve their, entirely personal, wet dreams of MG coming back to United.
Embarrassing doesn’t cover it, not that there’s any shreds of self awareness.
For all the hype Sancho gets on loan, Greenwood has more goals and assists in a harder league for a lesser team over a longer period of time, he has done very well. Personality/ past etc aside he has played very well considering his break from football and no pre-season.
Never said anyone was judgemental or anything is unfair? Strange post.Yeah the damn world is so judgemental when it comes to domestic violence. It has nothing to do with a Champions League final. It's just so unfair.
The sooner Greenwood moves to a new club or we at least declare that he won't be welcome back here, the sooner we can move on and enjoy the Summer.
Happy for him. He has done well all things considered. Hope he will have a bright future.
As many have said, the win win situation is that we get decent fees for him and put in a certain percentage of sell on clause. He will get a 2nd chance at a big club to perform.
You absolutely can tell when someone has a mental illness as severe as one which would diminish all responsibility for rape.We never know and you can't easily tell whether someone has mental issue or not.

Why did you say that getting more goals and assists over a longer period of time in a way that suggests this is harder?
