Yes, if he really loves football & wants to prove everyone wrong then he would try to find a compromise. I doubt it though. Only Barca, Juve, Dortmund & Milan all showed a lot of interest of the top clubs, not a bad list tbh. Then obviously west ham and Como. None of whom can afford him, so maybe he needs to rethink his pay demands when he eventually moves on.

This is all just negotiations - Rashford wants out, we want him out and Dortmund want him. Dortmund want to pay the least possible, rashford wants to reduce his wage as little as possible and we want to contribute as little as possible - hence why we’re “relaxed”, Dortmund are happy as they have gittens anyway and rashford is happy to stay and fight for his place.
Yeah it pisses me off! Rashy and Casemiro are completely immovable so the only other option is to sell one of the young ones.

We don’t pay him his full contract if he leaves, he’s asked to leave, so if anyone matches whatever the club values him at, he’s then going to negotiate a deal with the buying club.
