Slowly getting his mojo back and proving the doubters (me) wrong. Long may it continue.

This was the best I've seen him play for two years. Brilliant to see. Long may it continue.

The idiots in here who shouted "sell him" after the derby can feck off.

Been one of his biggest critics in recent times but he was really good today. Good intensity, better on the ball and really should have had a hattrick. Hopefully this is the version of Rashford we continue seeing this season.

best i’ve seen him play in a long time. Really good today.

he’s such a confidence player it’s crazy!

8 games, 5 goals, 3 assists - might get up above a 4.7 average on the Caf after tonight. Feels we may be getting close to our best team for the Everton match - Shaw, Rashford and Martial coming in.

Looked a force of nature that half.

Has he got his pace back? It feels like that's the fastest he's looked in about 2-3 years. Did a knock and run past a defender and burned him in a manner we haven't really seen since his first few seasons in the first team.

Also ran down a ball in the corner and as he set off I thought “chill out man, there’s fecking no chance even you can catch that before it goes out”…. He did though.
Like shit off a shovel.

Where's all the Sancho fanboys now telling me he's miles better than Rashy? Hahahaha.

I'd rather have Rashford on the left every day of the week and twice on Sunday over Sancho

Good finish for his first goal, did well to stay onside for his 2nd, nice flick for his assist. Linked well with overlapping Shaw.

I will never tired of seeing a player do a kick/push ball ahead of a defender and put on the afterburners from a standing still start.

I'm not reducing Rashford's dribbling ability because he has more in his locker but we desperately need more of these types of plays/players who can do it.

Let's just keep playing on the left now. No need to play him as CF anymore and certainly not as right winger

Let’s not jizz all over ourselves, we’ve been here many times before. He needs a series of these performances before we can confidently say he is on an upward trajectory.

He’s got five goals and three assists in 8 games. Seems like a decent series of games.

He’s had good stats these past eight games, no doubt, but he hasn’t really had good performances. This fact has been discussed ad nauseam on this site. Tonight he had a game changing performance & looked up for it during all his minutes, both physically & mentally.

Hopefully he can duplicate it going forward.

He’s just won player of the month in the PL?

He's played most of those games at striker and been absolute shit. However he has definitely looked better when he's been on the left, which is where most of those goals and assists have come from. The hope is that now that Martial is back it will allow Rashford to play on the left fulltime, and hopefully the two of them can link and start looking like they did in 19/20.

He’s trending upwards, no doubt. Hope it continues. But a month doesn’t absolve almost two seasons. Hopefully we won’t see a plateau anytime soon.

No one is saying it absolves anything are they? I’m confused. He’s playing well and deserves praise and support from the fans. If not then what’s the point.
