England have treated him like a mug for a couple of years now, I'm guessing he's prioritising us and rightly so.
What does he gain from this though? Whether he likes it or not, Southgate is here until the end of Euro 2024 at least, and presumably he doesn't want to be on the bench or left at home for that, so you're going to need to get in the manager's good books by playing and playing well. If Southgate had a vendetta against him it's just doubled.

He is hardly going to say Rashford is 100% fit after missing the England games.
I doubt he is fully fit to be honest. Rashford would probably play through minor injuries for United, but not for England.
