Marc Cucurella - World Class Hairdo

I think he will be great in our system. Also, he can give Shaw a real competition.
But, it won’t happen. Chelsea will be crazy give him to us.

He was their Player of the Season before he joined Chelsea. This playing down of his performances there are all hindsight
Definitely not, when they signed him I said he would be back within a couple of seasons because he's nowhere near good enough for the top 4. Fraud of a defender, at £60m as well!

He is not a fraud and our back line is hardly top 4 level at the moment

He isn't great but also not sh1t3. More to the point, LB should not be a priority for us
(*unless this is a free short term loan and small wages)
. Shaw and Malacia will be back eventually, we have Dalot and Fernandez. Surely any ££ we get should be spent on a midfielder.

You would think so, but then again, our manager has not really a thing for central midfielders it seems. Very weird.

He’s been fecking horrendous for Chelsea. He leaks goals like there is no tomorrow

His defense play is very questionable and quite often he is over eager to engage. But his offensive play is great.

He's also the wrong side of 30.

Should just go for Barco and be done with the left back position for about 10 years.

You have to joking.

It was knly about 3 months ago, I burst out laughing when reading a post on the cafe that "Cucurella was a like Scooby villain and you tear his mask off, and it is .....Paul Konchesky".

Rated him at Brighton. Id take a loan with an obligation to buy for £25m if he plays 40+ games or something ridiculous. This being the case because i rate EtH over any manager at Chelsea and that he could get a tune out of him.

Really?! It feels like not long ago we wanted him to compete with Shaw but he went to Spurs because we didn’t want to have buyback clause RM wanted.

It’s nice but we all know it won’t happen. Chelsea can’t be so crazy but who knows. They are business men and might not really care about selling to rivals.

Deal. Shake on it?

Reguillon? He's muck.

I was talking about this ratty looking fecker from Sevilla.

6-7.webp

Seems very harsh to judge him on his time at Chelsea so far given the absolute shower of shite they were last season, every one was crap for them.

Personally I'd have thought our need for a midfielder and forward are far more pressing than LB though.

2020 Telles cost circa £10m? Shaw improves and plays good.

Curucella... £10m?

Man City were in for him too before he went to Chelsea. So, he's certainly not completely shite. I wouldn't mind him on loan until January. Both Shaw and Malacia should be back before then.

I think he was good at Brighton. We all know he would be world class if he had joined Pep.

I would take the version who gave us the run round when beating us 4-0 at Amex,we have never seen that version at Chelsea

Honestly, I don’t hate this. With 6 days left in the window and both our left backs out with long term injuries, bringing in a player on loan who has proven he can play to a high standard in this league isn’t the worst idea. He’s had a horrible time at Chelsea but I think it’s a risk worth taking, as long as it’s just a loan of course.
