Pain in the knee, for starters. Martinez said he was fine to continue, the physio clearly couldn't see anything obviously wrong like swelling etc, so without evidence of anything more than an impact injury, do you expect the medical team to take him off? And if so, surely you'd have to expect that every time he gets a knock from a challenge, which isn't sustainable at all.
