We just cannot break teams down that sit back and let us have the ball. We don't have the hazard type player to beat a few men and pull players apart. Far too easy for them.

At the minute, I'd back ourselves more against arsenal than I would a pulls team.

3rd place is gone now. I can see valencia in draw for champ league

Feck me. Both my acca´s ruined. Dunno what i was thinking when i put United on them:wenger:

Please stop swinging the ball in - they are too tall for that to work.

Losing to West Brom at Old Trafford when were in the middle of a top four race... absolute bullshit, I hope the players and staff are ashamed of their pathetic performance

There's a real chance I'll just give a 1 to everyone in the match ratings. I can't remember a single positive. A collective shower of shite.

    Just one of those games
Unfortunately, it has been more than just one. The 532 days were a shower of shit, and basically against any team that sat back and countered we've not fared well. The best play we had came against teams that tried to come out and play. But once they know that the easiest way is to sit back, that's what every darn team is going to do now.

Did Brad Friedel have some sort of ceremony with every other EPL goal keeper where he passed on his ABU gift?

That's three defeats on the trot, a second succession win at Old Trafford for West Brom, and United are in serious danger of losing out on top four now.

United had complete dominance in this match, 80% possession, yet still lost. A sucker punch goal from Brunt ultimately won the three points for West Brom but Van Persie's penalty miss after 73 minutes was crucial.

With so much of the game, United should still have won this comfortably.

A very difficult trip to Crystal Palace is next. Any more slip-ups and Liverpool are still in a position to overtake them.
