Manchester United vs Liverpool

Looking to see a bit more from Herrera tonight, was decent against LA Galaxy but not really hit that level again since.
I'm Not saying he's been rubbish, before anyone jumps down my throat.

Strong lineups for both sides. Preseason friendly or not, both teams will be up for it. Rooney should be buzzing at being given the armband against Liverpool. Only downside is that I thought Kagawa had an off chance at starting tonight as a replacement for an injured Welbeck. :(

10/11 in the lineups game. Glad I included Fletcher over Cleverley in the end. 7th on the lineups game. Shame @Big-Red and others whinged about it and it'll be reset :(
Don't fix what isnt broken though, no preseason ;)))

Good team, I taught Van Gaal would choose young over Hernandez, but glad he still has faith in him. Surprised with the Fletcher inclusion. He played 90 minutes last time, so if he can complete 45 minutes today, I can say that his ulceritis colitis might be behind him.

I hope Hernandez does not hinder the intricate passsing we have seen thus far(e.g. zaha vs Madrid), but also not try too much to impress in that regard. He should balance what he does best i.e. running the line, with helping our link up play.

Wayne's World Wayne's World, party time, excellent.

He was amazing against LA, but just been good since then. Went from a pretty much 10/10 performance to consistent 7/10 games. Anyways, I wouldn't be too worried. Of course it'll take him a bit of time to find hist best form consistently by the time he adapts and stuff, but as long as he still plays well I wouldn't be worried about him.

Agreed, but I think it has to do with Hernandez being given that last big chance to prove to LVG he shouldn't be sold.

Should be good to see how he does fit in! He gave an edge against Real, probably should have had two. It gives us a better plan B for Valencia and Youngs crossing.

As you say, hopefully the fluidity is as good as with Welbeck, or at least not loads worse.

His back at AON training ground getting treated for his injury we all saw coming.

If we beat them tonight with this team, imagine what we'll do to them when we have Vidal and Di Maria!

(A man can dream)

Not sure if it's cause I live in Florida but the biggest match of the preseason is not shown on regular cable broadcasting. Anyone else living in the states forced to watch it on fecking Fox "Fist My Ass Because They're Butt Hurt About Losing Out To NBC" Sports 1?

Same as the past few Pre-Season games, PM me if you need a stream (not a message on my wall)

I want to see Shaw :( Hopefully Young will switch to RWB in second half with Shaw in for AV25.

Make it difficult for them, byline etc!!!!

Good news, game should be played without any stoppages due to weather. Earlier today, the forecast was showing thunderstorms for tonight in Miami but looks like it's all clear now.

Herrera was excellent against the Galaxy. He's also been one of the best performers in the squad since.

Sitting here on my couch, naked, eating a magnum ice cream, thinking about opening a can of Guinness.

Living the dream basically.

Bring on those scouse rascals, with their infamous sense of humour.

Twats!

I must be the only that thinks Valencia has been decent at RWB? Anyway if Rafael can remain fit I would want Rafael to start ahead of him.

Watched NBA playoff regulary so i am trained to be awake whole night. And i never went to sleep because i never wake up. It is impossible for me. You are good to do it.
Just got back from the city, nice few beers and no need to go to sleep. Bring on the game. :)
