YESSSSSS!!!!!!

feck, i lost my nails, but damm im happy!!

Phil Jones is the greatest human ever, no doubt

I've just texted my Arsenal fan cousins tons of Arsenal puns, guess you could say we're firing our way back up!

Great win. We defended really well, although I feel like we could have gotten another if we went for it. Rooney MotM, the amount of work he put into the game today :devil:
Anybody have the stats of how much he ran? Feel like he was running around non-stop closing them down.
I hate seeing Smalling at right back but he was fantastic today, as was Jones in the middle. The only chances Arsenal had were from Sagna's crossing which was very good today. Great defensive display overall though, and deserved win.

first game Arsenal didn't score...and one half it was without Vidič, which makes it all the more impressive.

We were shaky in the 2nd but came through.. Need to focus into that but the result is the most important

Rooney the Great

Amazing effort from the entire team. Brings back memories of the old matches against the gooners where everyone ran their bollocks off and got stuck in. Took them right out of their game as predicted and we limited them to nothing on goal pretty much.

Outstanding efforts from Rooney and Van Persie upfront. Defending starts from the front and today it really showed. Rooney especially was terrific. Haven't seem him with that much energy in years. Brilliantly taken header by RVP too.

I got to say I was a bit dismayed when I saw Smalling on the team sheet but he really stood tall defensively for us today. Never made a mistake at the back and kept carzola and gibbs quiet. Jones was outstanding in midfield breaking up attacks and generally a ball of energy. Filled in well for Vidic too in the 2nd.

Even Kagawa had probably one of his better games for us in a United shirt. Generally disciplined defensively and also created one or two half chances.

Very important 3 points today and it puts us right back in the title race. Hopefully this is a sign of us continuing to improve and evolve under Moyes.

Fixed. ;)

I told all my none utd fans that when we finally regain our form and manage a run of wins, they shuld be worried. Apart from Spurs I think we have played all of the tough oppositions so far.
Ah I see your trying to tell me your available ;) lets take things slowly.

We are undefeated in 9 now, and the opposition will be taking notice, even the scousers have started crawling back in the woodwork. :)

Next lot of games. Cardiff v. Utd
Arsenal v. Southampton
West Ham v. Chelsea
Everton v. Liverpool
Man City v. Tottenham

That lot of fixtures could sort a few teams out. Great weekend of fixtures.

Plenty of solid performance but Rooney was my man-of-the-match. Every time he got the ball he had the Arse'n'alls quaking in their boots. Plus, he worked tirelessly off the ball.

Can see every single one of us drop points really. Cardiff is a hard place to go to, Southampton is brilliant this season, Chelsea away to West ham is always a tough game for them, merseyside derby and then City against Spurs, who are shite going forward but solid defensively. Think there are plenty of upsets that could happen though.

I was the only person I know who had United down to win that

I always had faith, and said before the game that we should win. Arsenal are a lot better this season, but we are still Manchester United and have a better squad and team, better players, and are Old Trafford. Was surprising to see so many who were negative before the game, just because they had a smash and grab win away to Dortmund.

I'm still confident we will win. Yeah, Arsenal have done well so far this season and had some excellent results going their way, but still... we're at home, we know how to beat this lot and it's not like we're fielding a bunch of amateurs. I also can't see how they are favourites, we are at home, we are on the up, und have beaten the same Arsenal side (bar Ozil) multiple times in the past. If we played City or Chelsea, I'd be a lot less confident, but Arsenal haven't done anything at Old Trafford in close to a decade, no matter how good they were.
Regarding the midfield I just have to say we've been up against better midfields at times and still played well. When was the last time when Arsenal – on paper – didn't have a better midfield than us? Our CM will be in there to contain Ramsey and Ozil while Rooney will take care of Arteta (similar to last year). Attacking-wise I feel we're better than them, though we lack their movement in the middle of the park.
Called it. It was typical Arsenal pass pass pass misplace pass, no penetration at all. Haha.
