Manchester United kits 2016/17

Just looked at our official store and you can see the shapes in the middle of the shirt. http://store.manutd.com/stores/manutd/en
Plus you click on the link and it says you can order from 23/07/16 so it'll probably be unveiled on Saturday or Friday against Dortmund.
Not sure why we drag it out though, we just should release our shirts from the 1st of July, it's annoying waiting for the new shirt to be announced considering it gets leaked months before.
 
The home one may be one that looks better up close than on some leaked picture, I'm not convinced about the 'split' of red, even more so the random jigsaw pieces down the middle. I like the Blue away but I'm not sure if it will be purchased yet - I need to see it up close before coughing up :)
 
Unless Martial has asked for 29 it's a bit off to ask him to swap and not give him 11 from Januzaj. I'm not a Januzaj hater but the lad could do with going out on loan this year.
 
It's probably something to do with Fifa 17 being released on September 29th
 
Why Zlatan doesn't take no10 and Rooney is demoted to no 48 or sth?
I think that Martial deserves one digit number, or he could take no2 like Dempsey

I actually have one. I got it on eBay before they shut the seller down. It looks good in person. The 'jigsaw' is actually a hexagon pattern running a straight vertical lining "joining" the two shades of red. It's different without being too far out there. I like it.

I think there will be some housekeeping after the Pogba deal gets completed and he will get either 7 or 11 because there is no way neither of Mata, Januzaj and Memphis survive the obvious cull.
 
29 would be a shite number for Martial. There isn't anything special about it.

There is only 7 that's special - all others are irrelevant ....although 7 was ruined the day that stupid Cheshire cat Owen wore it. All this madness of 10s/9s whatever - unless you are Chinese I wouldn't worry mate..
 
Apparently EA released this image of Martial in the new kit for FIFA 17, but I can't see to find it on the site. Still, it's nice to see.

Still not liking the hexagons. Fair enough to reference Newton Heath's halved shirts, but there were better ways of doing it, I feel.

completely agree, feels it's not needed with the 3 stripes there as a feature, still good kit, im happy with it, I would prefer other things, i like to see black stripes and a much nicer looking sponser.
 
So we've played a game in it, are we going to "launch" it and start selling it yet?
 
sports direct have the home kit available from tomorrow...so expect United to have it on their site tomorrow too.

I wasn't being a dick by the way, wasn't sure if the U18s had played in it or something.

Haha, don't worry, I didn't read it that way anyway. And after my dodgy presumption, i'd have deserved it anyway!

I obviously (on the sly at work) had the minimised screen a bit too minimised, and saw the Martial in the kit pic, and added that to the friendly kicking off, add to someone weeks ago saying the kit would be launched on this tour, and made..erm, the wrong conclusion :lol:

Feck sake. Either shade and that would have been our best kit since 08/09, even just a straight line would have been good. I just think that beehive pattern is horrid.
 
Bought one for my son from the Adidas store at my local mall a week ago in New Jersey, did not realize it's officially not out yet. It looks very good, even with the 2 different colors.
 
Home kit is now available on United Direct.

Strange that there hasn't been a big reveal of the kit and it's just been released for sale early on a Saturday morning
