Mame's first touch is still inconsistent but very good on days when it clicks for him. The occasion probably got the better of him just a bit on Saturday. Young & learnin'.
I cant believe you all think Tevezs first touch is poor.
The One has cured Hargreaves enough for him to fly to Qatar, Brought back Nani from the dead and Touched Rio's back to cure him.
Bless the One!!! Diouf.
Sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't. It isn't as bad as some people make out, but for a 25 million pound (or if you believe some reports, 47 million pound) forward it can be fecking atrocious at times.
Former Molde coach Age Hareide is backing Mame Biram Diouf to be a success at Manchester United.
"Diouf can create and make chances. He's unselfish for a goalscorer and will work to help anyone on the pitch.
Desperately needed in this team.
I'd prefer the One to be a selfish git and bang them in.
"But because of him and the Molde connection the supporters might be anticipating something special from day one.
"Ole had a goalscoring capacity. It was his speciality and if you kick off with a goal then it makes headlines and fans take to you.
"Mame is a different forward to Solskjaer. United fans shouldn't expect the new Ole. He is not a natural goalscorer so it will be harder for him.
This, we sort of need a selfish forward.
We need an arrogant son of a bitch who's willing to tread on his own team mates to put the ball in the back of the net.
