Finished it last night. Probably my favorite show. I actually gave up on it after watching the first few episodes but then gave it another go.

A show where nothing ever really happens yet it's completely captivating.
Not quite as good as Wire/Sopranos but not much else comes close to Mad Men.

That episode when they are on drugs is basically any fan of Mad Men watching last few season. You just want more.
"Far away places", if that's the one you're talking about, is in my top 3 of all episodes I think. It's wonderful.
Started watching it again, third time round and it’s worth every minute.
It's the 8 year anniversary of the finale airing, what a show this was and it ended extremely well!
It's the one show I've been delaying to rewatch the most, but can't make myself start.
It's such a great show, and I feel it's not praised enough as it deserves to be.
Yeah it’s really underrated. Its highs are as good as any other show, but it is also really consistently excellent across all the seasons.
