I hate the idea of sacking a manager at this point in the season but I can't see any alternative now. Lost the players, lots the fans, results are getting worse, football is getting worse. He has to go.

I saw more Spunk in the United Team under Moyes.

F**k off LVG. And bring Rooney with you. Load of sh*te watching this

This is it I feel. We either go gun ho from Guardiola and get him to agree for next season, in which case either let LVG see out the season or give it to Giggs till then. If Guardiola says no then Mourinho
Agreed - but perhaps too late to get Pep? Seems City have planned for him for years!

It's so sad, but the sheer number of people hoping we lose here...it's madness. He's lost the fans completely.

30 minutes to save his job.

Who am I kidding, he will stay here and Giggs will replace him.

On par with Moyes as for how he's done if we're being honest. Dreadful. Giggs would be an improvement

Guys, guys, he's laying foundations for the next manager, can't you see he is modernising our football. These things take time to build.

Honestly even under Moyes we hadn't been this dreadful. This is beyond abysmal shit on stick football being served, it's Olympiakos game week in week out.

What i hate the most about United under LvG is when we go a goal behind we dont look like ever getting back into the game. At 1 nil i think we would be lucky to get a draw, at 2 nil its game over.

Thanks LvG!

I am actually giving a good look at who is the worse manager...LVG or Moyes. Tough call but fair to state that both have failed miserably.

 Can you imagine that phone call?
 I know, I'm totally clutching at straws here.

"Hello Jose, we'd like you to be the new Manchester United manager. But only for six months, at which point we'll be replacing you with your mortal enemy Pep Guardiola."

There's so many managers in the PL alone that I would prefer to LVG at UTD now, so many;

Pellegrini
Wenger
Klopp
Pochettino
Koeman
Hiddink
(Mourinho)
Martinez
Ranieri
Bilic
Mark Hughes

Has to go before the match has even ended. Just retire already. We're approaching a level of horrendous form we haven't even seen under Moyes. We'll finished below Chelsea at this rate.

If we sacked LvG and brought in Mourinho now, I think he would win us the league. He would be so incredibly motivated. I would do it. Do it now, sack van Gaal.

Not even watching, but 2-0 down to a team where Cameron Jerome leads the line. He can feck off.

I think so too but we have to try if he hasn't signed anything. As Rio said, if Messi became available would we at least not try? The option for the best manager in the world doesn't come around often. Gradual would build on what Van Gaal has done and Mourinho would try and set his own system up, which is fine but I don't want the few good things Van Gaal has done to go to waste

 You know that is going to be the argument on here for years, no matter what happens. We could win the next title in 2020 and some yahoo will come and claim it is because of the foundations laid by Van Gaal.
