Looking at how much he celebrated he really thinks that top 4 will save his job doesn't he?

Believe me there will be some plebs on here that will say it if the next manager does well. It'll be a complete myth.
If the next manager does well using the youngsters (Rashford/TFM/Lingard/CBJ) then I think there should be a bit of credit (I stress 'a bit') for LVG, as he has done well with them. Only thing he's gotten right, really.

I don't think anyone expects to see too much of them if Jose takes charge though, so probably a moot point.

We've been completely dominated and don't deserve to be in this game at all. PLEASE LEAVE.

The credit should go to the academy far, far more. He can be given credit for playing them thanks to how injury prone and small the squad is under his management. I'll give him that.

IF we do manage to get into the top 4 and win the FA cup its games like today why we still need to get rid. Our style of play under him has to go down as the worst i've ever seen... I include Stoke under Pulis

You generous so and so! I would certainly be inclined to put most of the praise on the academy, too.

The credit I will give him is Smalling has come into his own under this guy. Young, who he now won't play, is much better than he ever was under Sir Alex. Valencia is a better full back under him. Today's game hasn't been a good showing for Smalling and Valencia, but in general they've improved.

Think those are fair shouts. The French bloke he signed has done alright too but I tend to thank/blame the scouts and Woodward for signings, first of all. He is at least one attacking player who looks good under LVG. It's possible if rare...

That's him gone, unless Swansea pull off a miracle.

Two free headers - two different players to blame. Sorry but the coaching is absolutely shocking.

Martial a good buy. Blind a good solid signing. Shaw, probably more of a club signing, but he still authorised it I suppose. but my god after that.

Please get him the feck away from this club right now. This guy is fecking worse than Moyes was and spent billions more and had a lot more time. Joke of a manager.

Not even sure how he had his job after our holiday debacle. In all honesty, watching this match, does anyone want him here next season?

So who do i give money for the plane and banner?

I don't think it would necessarily take a miracle for Swansea to take points off City on current form, which is why I thought a draw would be enough tonight. To get in front in the second half and then still mess it up is typical LVG.

I hope we sack him once its mathematically impossible and yes that means before the FA cup final.

Honestly don't think we'll win the FA Cup final. Palace will definitely fancy it, given all they have to do to get at us.

Even had we won tonight I dont think we deserved finishing in the top 4. Its been a pathetic season by us all round

Sometimes deserving it is not important. The fact we still somehow had a chance but fecked it up is ridiculous.

Hopefully this will be his last game in charge for us. Players let him down massively tonight as well though, Herrera with a shambolic performance.

I'm not suggesting vivisection is necessary but if we've got some tools lying around...

We've been shite all season, part of me is glad we're not papering up the cracks here.
