I just woke up and I can't believe they haven't fired this mother fecker yet.
Our board is seriously a pile of shit.

Some of our 'fans' make me sick, you included. The vitriol on here is absurd. If only the players got the same abuse may be we'd get somewhere, notably our so called captain.

I can see this becoming a bit of a mess. Not a fan of the silence and lack of any action either way. If he's not being sacked then why not come out and say that he's going nowhere. It's just frustrating the fans and the media will be circling until he's gone.

It might take a while to recover from this. The depths we could sink to are worrying. I can't see us turning this around now under Van Gaal.

This. Sadly our board members dont know what a forum are, so they will never see this great advice.

Are you serious? Okay mother fecker is a bad choice of words, but its just people having enough. I think its fair to say that the board and some of our players are more to blame than LvG. But how do you go around attacking a board?

To be fair, Rooney gets more than enough stick on this forum. More so than most of our rival players/douchbags we slate on this forum.

I don't think it's necessary to keep giving the fans reassurances when there's a game the next day. You'll find out tomorrow.

I'd expect the club monitoring different forums and social media and be aware of the opinions and mood of supporters.

If only you were this rational during Moyes' spell. What happened to you pocco, getting so enlighten?

I think the circumstances are totally different. Moyes never had the match going fans turn on him like they have lvg, which is always a huge problem. There's the issue of the money too, LVG has built his team and it's rubbish. Moyes identified that we needed 6 world class players and got laughed at. Van Gaal profited, he was allowed to buy those players. Moyes saw something that even our fans didn't see until a year later. That guy got massively short changed by us and I'm 100% certain we'd be better off right now if he was still here.

Yeah, I'm definitely not saying there isn't an argument the other way. I think he should have gone last night and I agree that the players might actually get a boost from it, but I'm just saying that there is some semblance of logic to not sacking him before Chelsea.

Well if Stoke was an interesting game, this is a must-see. Though honestly I don't want to see anyone twisting in the wind like that.

Save the man the misery of facing the old Trafford crowd tomorrow by letting him go today. It's not going to be a nice scene if he walks down the pitch to his dugout. And I dont want to see an elderly man subjected to the type of abuse he'll predictably get.

I think you will find he will be fine walking to the bench, the abuse will only begin if we are losing the game.

I don't think the crowd will be hostile towards him, except for the odd boos. Atmosphere will be tense regardless, we just lost 4 in a row, no one's getting any applause walking onto the pitch.

Yeah I agree, I'd be more worried if we were facing a smaller club as well. If we fall behind against Chelsea it will be less of a shock to the fans.

Moyes saw something that even our fans didn't see until a year later.

Well then, it's incredible that Sherlock Moyes failed to observe that World Class Wayne was a busted flush attached to a fag machine.

That's because he never got the abuse and snide that LVG got in the first place from the media and ex players. LVG has made big mistakes but for sure the media narrative that was endorsed by our ex players helped to turn the supporters volatile. We were unexciting and everyone started calling us boring - and the fans just helped the media push everything along. Maybe we should have remained a bit calm at that point.

In any case, Moyes had big support from the media and this is why the crowd never got to the point of booing him - at least in my opinion.

The revisionism around Moyes is strong. Guy looked out of his depth from the beginning!

I find it quite ridiculous that he hasn't gone yet. It doesn't matter that there's a game tomorrow, he'll do more harm than good by being in charge. It would give the place a lift for tomorrow's game if he was gone, regardless of who was in charge. This way it's just gonna be all a bit flat.

Moyes had the chance during the summer to strenghten the team and ended up with Fellaimi.

Moyes is turning into that fat bird you used to shag in college that doesn't seem quite as bad as the wife.

What makes you think OT will turn on him tomorrow. Even at the Norwich game, there was only a minority that booed. It was greatly exaggerated by the media and fans on the caf. Even the so called youtube clips of the game showed it wa a small griup. The away support yesterday were very vocal, but didn't turn on the team. Match going reds maybe pissed off, but they rarely on mass turn on the manager or team. Many of the longer term fans are likely to tell those booing to shut the feck up.
You are more likely to hear a United fan base tomorrow, usual United against the world, and a chorus of attack, attack, attack if there is no attacking threat.
Should be quite a good atmosphere looking forward to it.
