Walk back to being on the bench? Big deal.Sets a bad precedent though if he can act like this and then just walk back into the squad.
The problem is now that numbskull is on strike, Inter will bid low because he is trying to force a move. I think Ed should take this all the way to deadline day for them. Fine Lukaku his wages and let him train in Belgium. He's being a cnut.Jesus is that really a bad offer? We paid £75m right? Take that and run!
So we are paying his wages for him to go and train at another club
Given how sour things seem to have turned out we'd be silly to decline such an offer, maybe Everton have a sell on clause.
We're not going to accept a penny less after the shit Inter pulled with Perisic the other year. He’s gone. Missing a training is 2 weeks fine. It’s stupid to burn 360k for one training. He might be negotiating his personal terms with Inter. Sharp decline of the pound makes 75 million Euro pretty close to heat we paid for him
He’s not the only one
Is there anything he can do to fight for a place in the starting 11, honestly? It’s a difference in styles.
The funny thing is, people love to bash Lukaku and tell us how shit of a player he really is, in the same time we have Inter and Conte trying to sign him all summer and a club well run like Juventus doing the same even offering someone like Dybala in exchange. I wish the other shit players we have assembled in the squad drew such an interest.
I could believe it - we tried holding out for £20m for Darmian last summer.I dont believe we would reject an offer like that for Lukaku
Could end up rotting in the reserves for a year at this rate. I kind of admire the club's hard stance on getting the right deal but it's pretty risky too. We'll be paying his wages and having an unhappy player for a year and his valuation might drop even more. On the other hand why shouldn't we get 75 million for Belgium's all time top scorer and a guy who already has a 100 PL goals.
This is such a weird thing to do when you don't even have a club lined up to go to ...where's he going to train next week if he isn't sold?
Didn't he do the same thing at Everton? Spent months making public statements hinting at joining Chelsea and pissing Everton off...Then ended up signing for United instead.
There's either more to this or he just isn't that bright.
He would come back to United I'd think. Shouldn't be a problem I'd think... The players and staff aren't thinking like fans.
Then why is he training with Anderlect? I'm sure he would come back but it'd be quite awkward to just slot back into the first team picture. He could have just trained with the team as normal and be no less likely to get his move to Italy.

We need to stop paying his wages and sell him as soon as possible. The fat twat is on strike
I think United are still in the position of strength.Poor decision to let him train with another team, we won't get the offer we want.
Lukaku is clearly a massive fecking bellend. He thinks he is way better than he is, and I am delighted that Ole dropped him on merit last season. Instead of working on his game and trying to improve, he’s throwing his toys out of the pram. The sooner we accept a bid and move him out the better.
I can genuinely say that despite his ability to score at a reasonable rate, he is the worst starting striker we have had at the club since.....shit....Dion Dublin perhaps? Can anyone think of a main striker we’ve had that has been worse in the last 20 years? Forlán had a bad time here, but was a better player. I don’t count Bellion and fringe players like that....
Watching him not even be able to do basic controlling of the ball, having shocking fitness, terrible movement, and a shite attitude, has made him one of my least favourite United players ever. Should never, ever have signed him. Lots of people, in fairness, said he was too poor technically to play for United. But shamefully I thought he’d be good enough. Never been more wrong about a player.
Wouldn't be too hasty scoffing at this news. Someone said that SKYSPORTS corrected themselves afterwards and some tweets are saying fines incoming.Anyone without an agenda could've deduced that.
