London 2012 Paralympic Competition

just watched the best swimming relay I have ever seen.
Women's 34 point relay, the 34 points is the total of the disability of the swimmers, one can be a T10 and another a T6 upto a total of 34 points for the whole team,at one stage team GB was dead last and at the end missed the Gold by 0.003 of a second.

Absolutely loved the whole paralympics. Was lucky enough to be there last Sunday, front row for the Pistorious/Oliveira controversy and for David Weirs 5000m.

Have to say, Oscar is incredible. What a man, to think he has brought Paralympic sport to the public attention to such an extent pretty much on his own the past few years. Shoe in for overseas sports personality surely?

I have never watched the Paralympic's before and I have enjoyed it so much,I will be watching the next one for sure.
What this Paralympic's has done for me is, no matter what your disability and the level of it there is a sport for you and if you put your mind to it you can do anything you want.

My highlights have been Richard Whitehead with that fantastic run to win from almost at the back of the field, David Weir was just so good.
Ellie Simmons winning so many medals and the cycling team.
The Girls 34 point swimming relay was the best relay race I have ever seen
There is so many it is hard to pick one.
