Another medal is practically guaranteed in the sailing (mens 470), which might end up being gold. The women are also looking good for a medal in the sailing 470. Both field hockey teams are in the bronze medal match. Plus there are still a few canoeing medals up for grabs.

The open water swim must be fecking tough. Doing freestyle for so long would kill my arms, must require a lot of training.
