Not at present, it was torrential earlier.

The women's time trial is on now.
Emma Pooley is going well by the looks of it.
They say the course doesn't suit but Pooley's quality may overcome that anyway.
Pooley finished and is 5th at the moment, not going to get a medal, but nice effort anyway 
6th in the end.

Wiggins doesnt set off now till after 3 I believe
Under ideal conditions this course is to Cancellara's liking and he until recently was untouchable, yet he did also have that bad fall during the road race.
