Wow, Team GBs "entry" has been fantastic for this. Hardly any splash.
So close yet so far....
So close yet so far....
I can see that there is clearly a lot of skill & co-ordination involved in this, but at the end of the day is there any part of the scoring which isn't subjective?
Perhaps there is some sort of splashometer or perhaps a hawkeye type system which tells how close together they hit the water?
Why are some of the scores slashed out?
Oh dear
I would never jump from the fecking high
Why are they all getting into that hot tub afterwards

It's not that high. I've jumped from that high before, I think.
I hate heights too but if it's water below me I'm fine.
Good to see Mexico get silver. They did the most exciting dives, even if they weren't perfectly executed.
America's last dive looked quite out of sync to me, so I'm assuming they must have had very little splash or it was a crazy difficulty rating?
Shame for our pair. Have Team GB underperformed so far? Or is it just that all our realistic medal shouts are yet to come and the ones so far were only hopefuls (e.g. Daley)?
I guess so to an extent. In Beijing they got two golds in the events they've medalled in so far in London, although the silver in the road race and Adlington's bronze were great efforts. The men's road race was disappointing in particular. Then again in the rowing for example it looks like the medals will be rolling in.
The fact one of her splits is faster than the male US swimmer does seem highly suspicious. Ah well, wait for the doping results I guess.
Missed this, but it seems like everything we're expected to get a gold in (Men's road race, this) we have fecked up..
