I got ghosted for something far less than slabber ever did. I think slabber's alright, i'm registered on the other forum and it's a laugh but it seriously pissed me off when i got ghosted for basically feck all and some others got away with a lot more for a lot longer.
 
When did we ghost you LB? And what for?

I and Bury have been Slabber's biggest defenders. I like him and I see the Blackadder "I hope your mother dies in a freak yachting accident" in most of his insults. His intelligence and dislike of injustice and prejudice also shone through often.

Recently this has been pretty much absent. The insults have seemed realer and angrier and the humor has pretty much gone. In effect we ran out of ways to defend Slabber and he did nothing to help himself. Sadly.

We are volunteers and when modding here starts to take over our lives as has become the case recently we have no alternative but to try to sort things out.
 
Before the rules were issued and people were being banned I recall loads of posts querying bannings and reasons for them and what was/was not permissable. Now for most of us what is/is not acceptable is clear and IMO thats not a bad thing

The rules are guidelines only. Far too many people were asking what we considered banning offences etc, so thats them right there. Now people want to test themselves if we will act on them? grow the feck up. Im sick of dealing with adults acting like a 13 year old retarded scizophrenic, in the first throws of puberty.

They are guidelines, the mods will use their descretion on most cases. We are not infallible, we are human posters, not fecking robots sitting here scanning text.
 
I'm still waiting for a reason as to why I got ghosted a while back along with RoD.

Although I suspect it's because of a certain persons sucking up to a certain mod, which is such a crock of shit it's untrue.
 
I don't know why RoD was ghosted but I'm fairly sure that your were ghosted at the same time because you two used each others logins.

As you probably know I always had a lot of time for RoD and I miss her combative sarky style. Having said that I miss Slabber so I am probably weird.

I will always pick intelligent high maintenance over bigoted retard but that is just me.
