Lisandro Martinez | Man Utd player - Contract till 2027, with the option to extend for a further year

Oh wow, one person engaged in hyperbole on the internet, that has never happened before.
Ah, so now it’s not ‘no one’ it’s just ‘one’ then goalposts are shifting. Now we could do that age old Caf thing & go back then forth multiple posts moving further from the initial subject or we could. . . you know, settle this simply.

I posted about fans [1, 100, 100 is irrelevant, I’m talking to those that are - few or many] criticising Martinez before he’s kicked a ball.

You then wade in saying ‘no one’ done this so I highlight a post that has. That’s not a debate, it’s not about how many like you’re now earth king on about because the post you got so offended by wasn’t about the many it was aimed at those that have.

As you said, it’s normally after some time we get actual posts about his strengths & weakness so how about until then you wind your neck in.

I think he could become a transformational figure if he's successful, we could see a comeback of shorter more sweeper like center backs in the future.

But that would be a tall task, let's see of he's up to it.

Fine.

The highlighted part is a bizaare collection of words though.

Wow. This is taking ages. Is the visa office having holidays?

Nope, it's all because they prefer to give visas to non midgets and so we are giving Lisandro some growth hormones to have him up to speed !

Koulibaly was wrapped up and sent to their Pre Season tour within 2 days. It's been 10 days since we signed him ffs

Not sure how reliable he is on somewhat non Ajax new, but most likely will be true.

Why does it seem like our players struggle to get a working visa? I swear it gets sorted way faster at other clubs..

I don't think I have seen other teams struggle with this so badly. In the last year we have struggled with Visas. Its weird because teams are signing players from abroad too.

He followed a few of the youth players so I think he's been training with them with the first team away in Australia.

His nick name is “the butcher” -

He is going to be like this generation of Stam or Vidic

This move will surely push him to new heights....probably up to Varane's knee

As I predicted before. The visa will take ages because they are scousers. It happened to Varane last year.

Nunez visa got approved quicker than Martinez.

Koulibaly being French could have something to do with that, I can certainly see it being easier for a EU citizen getting a work visa compared to someone from South America.

Could it just be that other clubs / fans just don't make that much fuss about it? Work permit doesn't stop Lisandro going to Australia, that was just a club decision.

Its nice to see Lisandro being accompanied on his first day by Eriksen. Hopefully he'll settle down quickly and he won't be crying too much.
