Due to the weakness of the french league, PSG should in theory be able to rest Messi or ensure hes in peak condition for CL ties. Plus they have recruited well his summer.

Barcelona CANT sign Messi. He's too big for the club, they simply cant afford him, even with a 50% wage cut. There is no legal way to sign Messi and have him play in La Liga.

This is true. When Jordan starting sponsoring PSG, people who don’t even watch football were falling over themselves to cop a shirt because the design is nice to wear even casually. I can’t lie, I myself am thinking of getting PSG’s away kit of the new season. Would most likely get Messi’s name on it now although I would’ve gotten the shirt even if he hadn’t signed.

Nope, sadly its a corporation now, where they see you as a customer and not footbal fan, which was proven when local football fans last season went onto pitch, that led to match being cancelled and then section of costumers were really unhappy because their Sunday afternoon was ruined (their own words).

There's nothing weird in this. A cafer lectured me about the fact that it was impossible for new partners to unlock budgets right after Messi's signing. Still, PSG signed a partership with a south american betting company the very day he's introduced. Probably totally random and unrelated.
I've heard at least 10 sports finance experts on the radio today saying that Messi's salary will be offset by the revenues he generates but I guess it's impossible for an oil plastic club to be good at doing business.

This is what Bernat is though. Still, he was pretty average in ligue 1 but ofter quite good in the CL. Most PSG fans think that getting him from you for 12M was a steal. Personnally, i'm not a huge fan though, i always thought he was overperforming in the CL but it happened several times (2 goals 2 assists in the CL in 2020, 3 goals the year before).
